Overview

MAH MBA CET 2026 second attempt answer key was released on May 19. Candidates could check and raise objection agaisnt the official answers by fill the objection tracking form which was available until May 21, 2026. Objection fee was INR 1000 per question. 

MAH MBA CET 2026 first attempt was held on April 6, 7 and 8 and the second attempt was held on May 9. The provisional answer key of first attempt was released on May 2 and the final answer key was released on May 13. Candidated had raised objection on 34 answer keys across 5 slots, out of which 11 have been accepted as valid. Q:   What is the marking scheme of MAH CET MBA?

The marking scheme of MAH MBA CET is very straightforward. The total marks is 200 hundred for 200 questions. Which means, every question carries one mark. There is no negative marking. In case of incorrect attempt, candidates will be marked zero. If they skip a question, even then they will be marked zero. Total marks of a candidate will be calculated out 200 on the basis of their total number of correct attempt.

Section wise the marks allotment is as follows:

  • Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension: 50 marks
  • Logical Reasoning: 75 marks
  • Abstract Reasoning: 25 marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 marks

The MAH CET percentile is calculated out of normalized scores of every test take across all the sessions of the exam. The percentile is calculated on the basis of top scoring candidate’s marks against all other candidates.

MAH MBA CET answer key Grievances/ Objections tracking facility will be available through login. The process to raise objection is given below:

  • Click on submit option and make payment of INR 1000 as objection fee

The MAH MBA CET 2026 answer key objection fee will have to be paid online via debit/credit card or net banking. Candidates must note that the objection fee is to be paid per question and it is non refundable. The MAH MBA CET 2026 answer key objection fee will be refunded to only those candidate's whose objections will be accepted as valid.

Score Calculation with MAH MBA CET Answer Key

Candidates can calculate their raw MAH CET score by using official answer key. They can tally their answers with official answers with response sheet, and calculate score.

MAH MBA CET marking scheme

  • +1 for correct attempt
  • 0 for incorrect answer
  • 0 for unanswered question

Add 1 mark for every correct attempt in every section. The sum of all +1 will be the overall MAH CET raw score. This raw score will be normalized to arrive at scaled score for MAH MBA CET percentile calculation.

Q:   How to calculate Probable Score in MAH CET?

The MAH MBA CET answer key carries correct answers and candidate's response to all questions. Candidates can calculate probable score by adding one mark to every correct answer given by you and adding zero for every incorrect option selected by you. The sum total will be your probable score.

Q:   Is there negative marking in MAH CET MBA exam?
A: 

MAH CET is one of the few MBA entrance exams in India which does not have negative marking. For each correct attempt, one mark is awarded to the candidate but no marks are deducted for wrong answers or unattempted questions. The total marks of MBA CET are 200 and candidates need not worry about making incorrect attempt. They must however avoid random selection of options as correct answers. They should take time in understanding the question and then choose the option. It is not mandatory to solve all the questions in MAH CET so candidates can spend some time on the questions and then answers. The exam will be of 2.5 hours and if they answers 75-80 questions correctly, they stand to gain a good percentile.

Q:   How to use MAH CET MBA answer key to calculate score?

The official MAH MBA CET answer key has question wise official answers and candidate's response. One can use the answer keys to calculate their raw MBA CET score by adding 1 mark to each of their responses which are correct as per the official key and 0 to responses which are incorrect as per the official key. The grand total of all correct answers will be the candidate's raw score out of 200.

Q:   What is the difficulty level of MAH MBA CET?

MAH MBA CET is a moderately difficult exam. It’s difficulty level is lower than CAT but higher than MAT or ATMA. A major factor that makes MAH CET a difficult test to crack is that questions are presented in random order and sectional weightage vary in every slot. So, candidates cannot anticipate or plan how many and which type of questions to get to their target score.

Also, MAH MBA CET is dominated by Logical Reasoning questions and there are comparatively less Quantitative Aptitude questions. Since, there is no set pattern, candidates cannot pre-plan. They need to make a strategy and implement it as soon as they see question paper. So, those who can think on their feet and can crack exam better than others.

Q:   What is the difference between MAH CET marks and MAH CET percentile?
A: 

MAH CET score is the total marks awarded to the candidate out of 200. It is calculated on the basis of every correct attempt across all sections of the exam. MAH CET percentile is calculated from the rank of the candidate as compared to rest of the candidates.

MBA CET percentile score is calculated from the highest raw score in each session of the MAH MBA CET. The the highest Raw Score in each session (of a candidate) will be 100 percentile indicating that 100 per cent of candidates scored equal to or lesser than the highest scorer for that session. The highest Raw Score is normalized to achieve the MAH CET percentile in the following way:

No, you cannot show MAH CET city intimation slip at the test centre for entry. Candidates will be allowed to appear for the test only if they present the hard copy of the admit card and photo ID.

In the MAH CET city intimation slip only the name of test city is mentioned along with candidate's name, DOB, application number and exam. No other detail is mentioned on it.
