What is the MAH BBA CET CAP round?

MAH BBA CET CAP round is the Maharashtra BBA Common Entrance Test Centralized Admission Process. It's a centralized system for admission to the UG courses offered through MAH BBA CET exam. The candidates who qualify the MAH BBA CET exam can participate in the CAP round for admission to the colleges which accept MAH BBA CET exam for BBA/BBCA/BBM/BMS courses. The selection is based on the candidate's MAH BBA CET score, preferences for colleges, and seat availability. Candidates are required to register and fill out their application form online during the specified window. After registration, they need to get their documents verified at designated centers. Candidates can then choose their preferred programme then a merit list will be issued based on the choices filled by the candidates and the seats are allotted in each round.

What after MAH BBA CET result?

After the MAH CET result announcement the State CET of Maharashtra will conduct common counselling (CAP) for admission to various undergraduate courses in colleges in Maharashtra, most likely in July-August. Qualifying candidates will be required to participate in MAH BBA/BCA/BMS/BMM CET counselling for admission to participating colleges in Maharashtra by filling the online counselling form. Candidates will be allotted seat in the college of their choice, if they meet the minimum MAH CET cut off percentile of that college.

Which factors determine the MAH BBA CET cutoff?

While preparing the MAH BBA CET cutoff list, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance exam and the admission process. Some of the important factors that will be considered are - previous years' cutoff trends, total number of candidates who have qualified the entrance exam, total number of candidates who have appeared for the exam, difficulty level of exam, total number of seats available for admission, etc.

Is there a normalization process for MAH BBA CET?

To ensure that all the candidates who appeared for the MAH CET exam for the undergraduate courses are judged fairly, MAH BBA CET normalization process is undertaken. The MAH BBA CET exam 2024 was conducted for the first time in three shifts. It may be possible that one session could have been slightly easier or difficult than the other. Hence, MAH BBA CET score normalization ensures that no candidate has an advantage or disadvantage over another due to differences in difficulty level of their exam session. So, before the preparation of the MAH CET result and merit list, the Maharashtra State CET Cell normalizes the exam scores. Basically, the marks obtained by every candidate are scaled.

MAH BBA CET cutoff 2025: Admissions through MAH BBA CET are based on the cutoffs released by the exam conducting authority. The MAH BBA CET cutoffs are released during the common counselling process. The MAH BBA CET cutoff will be released in two categories- All India cutoff and Maharashtra state cutoff. The MAH BBA CET cutoff is released by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell after CAP rounds 1, 2 & 3. The State CET Cell releases the category-wise MAH BBA CET cutoffs. MAH CET cutoff is the minimum score required for admission to various colleges. The MAH BBA CET admit card for the CAP rounds will be the same as the exam admit card.

Q: When will MAH BBA CET cutoff release?

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will upload round wise and category wise MAH MBA CET cut offs 2025 on its official website during the CAP process for MAH BBA CET. You can check MAH BBA CET cut off once the cut offs are released on the official website.

MAH BBA CET cut offs refer to the percentile on the basis o which seats are allotted to candidates during the counselling process. Candidates do not have to meet any sectional cut off to be eligible for admission into a particular BBA college. MAH BBA CET cut offs 2025 will be declared for two to three rounds. The MAH CET cut off percentiles will be released category wise.

Now, on the top most menu bar click on the 'Check Allotment Status' and choose the relevant CAP Round
Enter the application ID, date of birth and course group and finally click on the 'Check Allotment Status' button
