JIPMAT 2022 Question Papers: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts JIPMAT exam every year for admission to IPM courses offered by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. NTA conducted JIPMAT 2022 on July 3 in 78 test cities. The single-shift exam was conducted online in English medium. JIPMAT Question Paper 2022: Highlights
After the launch of the IPM courses by IIM IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya, JIPMAT 2022 was the second session of the exam. The syllabus for JIPMAT 2022 was on similar lines to the previous session of the exam. Additionally, the test structure is similar to other BBA entrance exams. Therefore, Class 12 qualified candidates had a hint about exam pattern and JIPMAT difficulty level.
However, some tweaks were recorded in the topic-wise weightage as compared to other BBA entrance exams. Features of the JIPMAT 2022 exam were as follows:
- JIPMAT 2022 question paper had three sections, including
- Part I: Quantitative Ability
- Part II: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
- Part III: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
- A total of 100 questions were asked in the JIPMAT 2022 exam.
- Each question carried four marks.
- Each incorrect response in the JIPMAT answer sheet led to a negative marking of one mark.
JIPMAT 2022 Question Paper Pattern
JIPMAT 2022 exam pattern was on similar lines to the pattern followed in the previous exam session. Besides the previous year’s pattern, several BBA entrance exams have similar exam pattern. Moving forward, no change is expected in the JIPMAT exam pattern for the upcoming sessions.

For admission to IIM Jammu for the flagship MBA (or PGP) course, the result of CAT 2023 can be expected by the last week of December 2023 (If the CAT conducting body follows the trend as in 2022). However, if the trend is not followed, the same will most probably be out by the first week of January 2024. After the release of result, the exam takers will be able to download their CAT scorecards from the official website using their login credentials for IIM Jammu admission.
NTA releases JIPMAT exam pattern every year. JIPMAT is conducted as a CBT exam for admission to IPM courses offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The JIPMAT exam pattern comprises questions from three sections, Quantitative Aptitude, DILR, and VARC. As many as 100 questions appear in the JIPMAT exam in English medium.
For getting a call from IIM Jammu, the minimum percentile required can depend on year-wise data. As per the trends, the cutoff percentile required is exceeding every year as there is fierce competition among students for admission to IIMs. Particularly for IIM Jammu cutoff 2023, the overall cutoff percentile required to get admission to the MBA course through the Common Admission Test (CAT) is 95. This is the minimum qualifying cutoff to get an interview call for WAT/GD-PI. However, from unofficial sources, IIM Bodh Gaya hostel fee is approximately INR 30,000 the fee includes food, laundry, internet, and security. The hostel facilities at IIM Bodh Gaya are excellent. The hostels are well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities. The hostel rooms are equipped with beds, mattresses, study tables, chairs, and cupboards. The mess is located inside the hostel building. Each hostel wing has separate washing machines and water coolers. All hostels (girls and boys) are well connected through WiFi, and each room has a LAN connection as well.
