In the previous sessions of NMIMS NPAT exam, there was a section for General Knowledge. Candidates had toi answer questions from static GK as well as current affairs. However, SVKMs NMIMS do not have questions from GK section after 2020 exam session. The three core sections of NPAT exam are
- Verbal Reasoning: This section includes questions to test English Proficiency of the candidate.
- Logical Reasoning: This section includes questions to measure the ability or aptitude to reason logically.
- Quantitative Reasoning: This section includes questions to gauge the basic mathematical skills of the candidate.
NPAT exam does not include questions from GK or current affairs.
Yes, however, most of the topics included in the NPAT syllabus comprises topics that candidates have studied until their Class 12 level education. However, questions from sections such as Logical Reasoning will require candidates to prepare for critical reasoning skills. Most of the topics are from the 10th and 12th standard syllabus. With conceptual clarity, any test taker can crack the test with a high score.
Primary focus of the candidates must remain on preparing for NPAT based on the syllabus prescribed by SVKMs NMIMS.
