BHMCT is a UG course that prepares students for careers in the hospitality and food service industries by providing them with theoretical and practical training in various hospitality-related fields. The syllabus is broken up into eight different semesters, and topics like food preparation, beverage service, understanding of housekeeping procedures and catering sciences are covered over those semesters.
The majority of the courses in the BHMCT syllabus, such as food production and food and beverage service, need practical knowledge, and as a result, training becomes a very very important aspect of the teaching process.
A student is required to attend these classes in addition to an industrial training course that lasts for twenty weeks during the fifth semester. In many colleges, the instruction is complemented with vacation training that lasts for at least a month and a half.

Distance BHMCT Syllabus
Students who are unable to attend classes on campus full-time but are interested in taking courses in Hotel Management may do so via the online or distance learning format. Learning hotel management via distance education needs you to have at least a bachelor's degree and a specified amount of relevant work experience.
This is a three-year programme that has been given UGC approval. The academic year is broken up into six semesters. The student will not have to deal with any unnecessary stress since the examinations will be held at designated locations. The tuition at the best colleges is often between three and four lakhs of rupees per year.
