COEP Technological University hostel is available for both boys and girls. The hostel campus is located in proximity of the university and Shivaji Nagar Bus Stand, railway & metro station. COEP Tech. University has eleven buildings at the hostel campus. Out of which, eight blocks (C,D,E,F,G,H, I, J) are for boys and three are for girls (A, B and GHB). Wakadewadi Boys Hostel is different from COEP hostel campus. It is designated as an 'Extended Facility'. It is in off-campus located at Bharati Vidya Bhawan. It is to help accommodate overflow of student mostly male and those admitted via spot rounds. This hostel includes flat type rooms consisting of 1 BHK or 2 BHK. Students have to pay INR 90,000 per year for Wakadewadi Hostel.
COEP Pune Hostel Mess
COEP Technological University hostel includes mess facility for students. Mess advance need to be paid in the start and then every month. The monthly mess charge should be paid within 5 days of announcement as INR 10 is charged per day after that.
COEP Pune Hostel Admission and Allotment Process
The university manages hostel admission and allotment process directly. Students who are allotted seat in BTech/ BPlan courses based on MHT CET or JEE Main scores can apply for hostel. STEP 1: COEP Hostel Registration
Students first need to register via Google link available under hostel section on the official website of COEP Pune. After registration, tudents also have to download the form and fill out all the details in the application form.
STEP 2: Provisional Merit List
The university releases a provisional merit list once the application forms are submitted by the candidate. In case of any error, student can raise grievance. Students can

COEP releases a final merit list on the official website. The merit list is prepared based on merit rank of the candidates. Admission is offered branch-wise for Maharashtra state candidates based on MHT-CET. For All India Category candidates, JEE Main rank is considered for BTech. Students have to pay the COEP Pune fees for hostel.
STEP 4: Room Preference
Once students are allotted hostel admission, they need to fill the room preference. Students staying in area of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) are not eligible for hostel admission.

STEP 5: Physical Reporting & Document Submission
Students can check the notification released by university for reporting venue and time. Students have to arrive on the scheduled reporting dates. They need to collect room allotment letter, hostel Id card form and inventory form from hostel xerox store.
Students need to submit SBI collect fee payment receipt-2 copies or undertaking, as applicable, college/ university admission acknowledgement, category certificate with validity certificate, if applicable and NCL certificate, if applicable.
