Compared with the General AI category, the JEE Main closing ranks were relatively less competitive for the ECE branch in the OBC category. IIIT Allahabad Cutoff 2025 for the SC AI Category

Under the SC category, the JEE Main first round closing ranks were in the range of 1608 and 2107. In the last round, the closing ranks varied between 952 and 11740. Analysing the last round, B.Tech. in Information Technology (Business Informatics) turned out to be the most challenging specialisation for getting a seat at this institute. The easy-to-grab option after this specialisation was B.Tech. in Information Technology, with a second-lowest last round closing rank of 8911 for admission. Of all these specialisations, the most and least competitive BTech branches for admission were Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology, with JEE Main last round closing ranks being 524 and 105857, respectively.
