NIFT 2025 cutoff was released for B.Des and B.F.Tech courses at the UG, M.Des and Master of Fashion Management (MFM) programmes at the PG level. The cutoff was released as opening and closing ranks for admission. For the students belonging to the General AI category, the NIFT Bangalore B.Des cutoff 2025 was in the range of 135 and 907. Considering the last round closing ranks, B.Des. in Fashion Communication was the most sought-after specialisation for admission. NIFT Bangalore Cutoff 2025 for OBC All India Category

NIFT Bangalore OBC category cutoff 2025 was released for various Design courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. For B.Des admission, the maximum NIFT rank required was 3783. This means that any cutoff below this is considered to be a safe rank for admission to the B.Des programme across multiple specialisations. 

For M.Des admission, the maximum cutoff rank required was 366 for the students belonging to the OBC category. NIFT Bangalore also offers the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) course, for which the NIFT first and last round closing ranks were 324 and 363, respectively. NIFT Bangalore 2025 cutoff details are tabulated below for UG and PG courses. For B.Des admission, the NIFT's last round closing ranks were in the range of 1025 and 6776, wherein B.Des. in Fashion Design was the most competitive specialisation for admission. On the contrary, the least competitive B.Des specialisation was Knitwear Design for admission, with NIFT first and last round closing ranks of 5147 and 6776, respectively. 

At the undergraduate level, the institute also offers B.F.Tech. in Apparel Production, for which the maximum cutoff rank required for admission was 1832 in the SC AII India category.

Tabulated below are the NIFT first and last round closing ranks for admission to several Design courses. The maximum NIFT cutoff rank required for admission was 8703 for the students belonging to the ST category under the AI quota. B.Des. in Accessory Design had the most competitive cutoff (3425) in the last round, followed by B.Des. in Fashion Communication (4320) and B.Des. in Textile Design (8497). 

At the postgraduate level, the institute offers the Master of Design (M.Des.) and the Master of Fashion Management (MFM), with NIFT's last round closing ranks of 574 and 531, respectively.

Compared with SC and ST categories, the NIFT 2025 cutoff ranks were more competitive for admission to the Design courses, among the EWS category students. The lowest cutoff rank was 249 for B.F.Tech. in Apparel Production, followed by 586 for M.Des and 615 for the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) programme. 

For B.Des admission, the NIFT cutoff ranks ranged between 1877 and 4809 for the EWS category students under the AII India quota.

Yes, at NIFT Bangalore, students can withdraw their admission if they wish to. Such students are also entitled to a refund of fees. However, the refund is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. Listed below are the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the institute:
