NIT Goa cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the BTech course and its various specialisations for multiple categories under both the All India and Home State quota. The cutoff was decided based on the JEE Main entrance examination, followed by the JoSAA and CSAB counselling process. 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff varied between 17448 and 57181. Among all the BTech branches, the most competitive in the last round was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, with the cutoff being 17448. NIT Goa JEE Main cutoff 2025 for the General AI category ranged from 11696 to 34130 in the first round. In the last round, the cutoff ranged from 17448 to 57181. According to both rounds, the hardest BTech course specialisation was BTech CSE, with the cutoff being 11696 in the first round and 17448 in the last round.

NIT Goa Cutoff 2025 for OBC All India Category

According to the NIT Goa OBC cutoff 2025, the JEE Main cutoff rank ranged from 23984 to 69102. As per this range, the most competitive course was BTech CSE, followed by BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with the cutoffs being 2398427403 and 39685, respectively.

NIT Goa Cutoff 2025 for SC All India Category

The NIT Goa cutoff for SC varied between 2329 and 4827 in the first round. In this round, the top 3 least competitive engineering branches for NIT Goa admission were Mechanical Engineering, followed by Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with the closing ranks of 4827, 4588 and 3931, respectively.

NIT Goa cut off for the ST category students belonging to the All India quota was released for a total of 4 specialisations, namely CSE, ECE, Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Among all the offered branches, BTech CSE was the most sought-after one, with the round 1 and last round closing rank of 685.

This specialisation had the same first and last round closing ranks, which could mean the seats were filled up in the initial round itself, and there wasn't much movement between the rounds. The cutoff for the first and the last round was only released for the B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering course for this category. Among all the previously mentioned categories, the cutoff for this course was the strictest for the PWD AI category students. The NIT Goa cutoff is released for the following courses based on the JEE Main entrance examination, followed by the JoSAA counselling process. This counselling body releases the seat allotment results for a total of 6 rounds; the rest of the 3 rounds are based on the CSAB counselling process.
