It is a place with clam environment, and good motivation to start.
Placements: My course is recently launched blend as this course is recently added to the market. Only 4 batches are there as of now in which mine is the 3rd batch, no pass out from my batch. It is a new course and for the 4th semester, they are trying to get placed. Few of them are placed recently with an average salary package offered around 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are there in our college, except Wi-Fi. Only 3 to 4 Wi-Fi points are there where not everyone can use it as far as I know every student needs internet to install any application from class. They must use their own internet for rest facilities but in a small range.
Faculty: For my branch, faculty members are supportive. They do encourage to participate in external and co-curriculum completion. As for the internal exam, our college conducts 2 exams. If the labs are there then another exam for the same. Also, semester exams are conducted by VTU. It is kind of difficult to pass and score good marks.
Other: As our campus is in some hill area, no fun places to visit the surroundings. We have to travel like an hour to city also for the college fest. We conduct 1 main fest is that Aakriti its a 3 days continuous fest where DJ night is also there. It is the main and big fest conducted in our college except that there is Avuda pooja celebrated for the main attraction Pilli Gobu, tiger dance by students its conducted for one day.

Canara Engineering College experience.
Placements: This is a new course, and I'm one of the founding batch students who joined in 2021. Placement is heavily dependent on our skills and exposure to real-world projects. We are automatically eligible for all placement drives that are available for the CS batch. The average package is around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college is poorly structured, but they are improving the infrastructure at an exponential rate. The college bus facility is good, and the buses are brand new. The college hostel is pretty decent, and the gym is also good. They support us in sports and games.
Faculty: The faculty members are the best part of this college. They are very friendly and helpful, and if we want to learn from them, they will give their best to bring out the fullest in us. The average age gap is also low, so there is less generation gap between lecturers and students.
Other: I chose this course because I liked business and also love coding. Computer science and business systems seemed like a perfect blend of the two. The college fest, called "Aakriti," is held every March, and other festivals are celebrated throughout the year. The college also conducts extracurricular activities and encourages students to participate in sports. The campus is beautiful, and the surroundings are very good.

Review of Canara Engineering College.
Placements: In my college, around 80% of placement is generally there and also college has tied up with good companies this year and might increase a bit this year. The lowest package is around 2 LPA and the highest is around 12 LPA. Companies that usually come are TCS, Infosys, other IT companies and many more.
Infrastructure: Course fees: 104265, college fees: 14000, skill enhance training: 10000, bus fees: 26500, examination fees: 1700 and bus fees here depends as we have to select the pickup point first, then we will be provided with the bus fees. Structure facilities are not up to the mark here but we can manage and have a great time. Department classrooms are great.
Faculty: Faculties are great and are very friendly with us, providing great support and in our required fields. Most of them have done their masters in many subjects, providing us great knowledge about our syllabus as well as the outside world. We have a great time with the faculties.

Top 5 college in managlore.
Placements: It was an amazing rxperiance to BEAT canara engineering college. Good faculty and teaching. Also we dint face any problem during placement. Highest package was 10 Lacs per month top 10 companies visited and also many students got placed in high positions.
Infrastructure: There is unlimited and good access to Wi-Fi and spacious classrooms and good and clean with great facility of labs. There is great opportunity in sports and academic wise. Canteens are clean and good food is available. Medical facilities are great doctors visit the campus every wednesday .
Faculty: All the teacher are M.Teach and have done Ph.D. and has good knowledge of the course they are teaching. Semister exams are conducted well and most of students clear the exam wi th out any kind of backlogs. There is various training sessions and also many guides visit out college to help the students and make them ready for the placements.
Other: I choose computer Science as I was very interested I loved participating in fest and this college gives lot of opportunity to showcase talents.

Canara Engineering Days.
Placements: Placements in the college are not that up to mark, but yes, the most common packages in the college are 3 LPA, and the highest package till now is 27 LPA. In the college, per year, we get around 7 LPA as the highest package. This year we have tied up with many MNC companies, so we are expecting a good placement percentage this year.
Infrastructure: I have not opted for the hostel facility as I am a day scholar, and my friend has opted for it. The rooms are okay, not up to mark, but it's fine; one can adjust there comfortably. The hostel has 2-room sharing and 3-room sharing facilities, so the canteen and mess there are fine and produce good food, but not up to the perfect rating.
Faculty: The teachers here are great and very helpful. We can have great interactions with the teachers and have a good time with them. The semester examinations are also not that tough, not so easy; it's medium, we can say, and the course curriculum is also fine.
