College is very good, providing very good facilities for us.

Placements: In my computer applications, the highest package is 1 crore, and the average package is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruitment companies are TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. More than 80% of students get internships.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is the toughest at this college. There are more than 70 acres of land in the university. There are 2 girls hostels, and 24X7 services are available for Wi-Fi and medical. Food and other facilities are also available. Transportation facilities are also available, and they are guiding us. There is one issue that the classroom is not fully air-conditioned.

Faculty: Our teachers are very good. They are experts in their field, and they help us think every time. Even a mental and physical relationship is also available.

Other: I joined this college for computer application and to pursue my interests.

College is good, but there is a need for air-conditioned classrooms.

Placements: Our placement here is such that there are different types of companies available for campus recruitment, including finance and banking, like Tata Consultancy. There is a greater compulsion to attend the classes; it is a worthwhile situation for students.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good on campus; safety and security are given priority for the students, providing a peaceful environment. There are a lot of studies surrounding the greenery of our campus; in infrastructure, internet connectivity is available day and night.

Faculty: Teachers are good. They give personal attention to the students for their growth and help them score. Our teachers teach their students according to their needs so they can easily understand and analyze. There is also guidance for research and other activities.

Other: I chose the BCA course because it is very in demand nowadays. Computer applications are everywhere, and it is used by small businessmen and even large businesses.

Good infrastructure and campus life.

Placements: There are less placements for Bachelors compare to Masters and if it is so, then it is only in sales. There are good opportunities for B.Tech because there are a lot of placements for them. Many companies come to the campus and there are different jobs opening for masters.

Infrastructure: Overall, it has good infrastructure, especially the new blocks. The design wise they are good and the classroom are very spacious and labs are good. But in the old blocks not all the systems work properly in the labs, and connectivity issue is also there in the old blocks.

Faculty: Teachers are good, well-trained, and shared a good teaching experience on campus. But not all are same, some of them are not experienced and not well trained in their field, and are not helpful at all. They teach us how to create a website, but their own ERP site won't work properly.

Other: Events, fest, campus crowd are good. Campus life is good we made many friends and learn different types of skills.

I am dissatisfied with hostel food and cost. Overall, the college is the best in its segment.

Placements: I joined this college for the computer application programme. Because the computer application course is more in demand in this college and everywhere in manufacturing services, and teaching. The average package offered in my college is 5 LPA. The highest package offered in the computer application course is one crore per annum, according to the college.

Infrastructure: In college, day and night Wi-Fi services are available. The infrastructure is good. It has neat and clean libraries. There are more than 8,000 books, and digital libraries are also available with a sitting arrangement. It has a neat and clean canteen area. Medical, sports, and games facilities are also available. The campus is full of greenery. Each department has a separate garden. The cost is very high in the hostel. Sometimes, the food is not hygienic in the hostel.

Faculty: In our department, the faculty members are very good. They are very smart and educated. They have a mental relationship with students.

Other: According to the improvement, the college requires AC classrooms in summer as students face a problem sitting in class in summer classes. It needs to improve transportation facilities because it is located outside Chandigarh and Mohali. Sometimes, we are facing problems with private facilities.

Placements: You have to pay an extra fee for the DCPD facility, and if your attendance falls short, you will not be allowed to sit for placements. If the students get placed off-campus, they can register themselves as alumni of the college, and they can avail of an NOC from the college.

Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure of this college is very good, and the overall infrastructure of the college is also fine, but the efficiency of its performance is somewhat reduced due to MS handling by the college students and staff. Overall, the infrastructure is recommended.

Faculty: Faculty members in this college are very good. There are some non-doctorate faculty members, but they are UGC NET qualified, and the experience level varies across faculty members. The curriculum here is as per UGC norms and PTU. Overall, the curriculum is in line with the latest trends.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is best for BCA. UIC (university institute of computing )department is among the top departments at CU. There are special labs in the UIC department like Microsoft Azur lab, Redhat lab, Android development lab, and many more. Thank you.
