Our college is the best in terms of education.
Placements: Almost 80% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. The average salary package offered is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Almost 70% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. There is no hostel in our college. Wi-Fi is always available in our college. Labs and the library are in good condition. Our college has two canteens. The food served in the canteen is delicious and healthy.
Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. They teach our course most efficiently. Semester exams are easy to clear because our faculty members always support us.

It is a good college for good education.
Placements: Placements are not good for our course this year due to the pandemic. Around 10 students out of 30 get placed. The lowest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the highest salary package is 50 LPA. Some students joined the best companies a few months ago.
Infrastructure: A hostel is not provided in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our course are very good, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. Most of them are qualified with Ph.D. and some are pursuing. Semester exams are conducted very strictly and under CCTV camera. Students have to prepare well to pass the exams. Director of our college is very helpful.

It is an average college for civil engineering.
Placements: Placements for CSE are very good. If I talk about civil, the placements are not al all good. Very few companies come to our campus for core civil. But if I talk about the IT sector every branch is eligible for siting in the placements, and many of us get recruited in the IT sector.
Infrastructure: The academics and infrastructure are good. But there is no hostel facility, and everyone is supposed to arrange their hostel or PG on their own outside the campus. On-campus Wi-Fi, labs, and library facilities are available. Classrooms are all good. There is a small canteen on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. Currently from the last four semesters due to pandemics, we went through the online mode of examination. Otherwise offline mode of exams was conducted. Our college is MAKAUT affiliated, so questions are set by the MAKAUT University.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it since my school.

The quality of education has gone down after I graduated.
Placements: Around 40% of the students in our course got placed. The companies were mainly IT firms, but some were related to our stream of civil engineering like Simplex Infrastructures. All the students were provided internship assistance and at reputed firms like Gammon, L&T, Simplex, and even government organisations like CPWD, and Metro Rail. The roles offered to students were mainly site supervision ones.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and lab facilities were good for our course. We had separate labs for hydraulic, soil mechanics, surveying, engineering drawing, electrical and electronics, and computer labs for C+ training. Hostel facility was not present on campus, but there were plenty of cheap and student-friendly rooms available in the vicinity of the college.
Faculty: Teachers were dedicated and knowledgeable. They did their best to clear students' doubts. The course content was comprehensive and enough for us to be industry-ready. Coming to the optional subjects, students didn't have much of a choice. The semester exams were conducted by MAKAUT.

The college is average as events held in our college are not routine.
Placements: Recently, many companies visited the college for placements, and they had a good response. The placement percentage is increasing year by year. The average salary package offered is 1.20 LPA which is satisfactory for me. Generally, telecom companies visit the college to hire students.
Infrastructure: The environment in the college is very friendly. The classrooms are good with a nice environment. The canteen food is not up to the mark. There is no hostel facility provided on the campus. Civil engineering lab is not very good, but the computer and electrical engineering labs are quite good.
Faculty: All the faculty members in this college are average. All of them are very cooperative and helpful. All the teachers are very knowledgeable. If there is any problem with your course, you can freely ask them. The course structure is totally based on the syllabus of MAKAUT university.
Other: The college hasn't organised any fest in the last few years. But our college is connected with many types of social work programs like blood donation camp, tree plantation, etc.

If you are searching for a college with less fee and You want to avoid regular classes
Placements: Placements in this college for civil branch is not that much good. But for other departments placements are really impressive. As the data says 65 percent of students got gob from the campus. Multi national Company like TCS, vipro, techmahindra, etc. Came for campusing previous year.
Infrastructure: What I should say about the infrastructure it is really good. There are Acs in all the classes. Separate departments and classroom for all the branches. It has a decent infrastructure not that much good. There is also a playground. A beautiful garden and a lovely environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are really impressive and very helpful to the students. The are always ready to help the students. They give as much as time a student need. All the staff members are helpful who help students in the lab classes and assure that they learn instead of just studying.
Other: The college also provides Fests for students entertainment. Previously Neha Kakkar came to perform in the fest all enjoyed. There are also tech fests. The college will help in growth of students in extra curricular activities.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, no good placement, but really good infrastructure.
Placements: I am a student from Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management. Our college is good for fun. But not for studies. With almost no placement. But many students can get scholarships. The companies that visited our college is not up to the mark and the faculty members are not up to the mark as well.
Infrastructure: We have a huge infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi but it's only for teachers, we have labs with no proper machines and teacher, medical facilities are not present, but sports and games are good. Quality of labs and classroom are not good as compared to the fee structure. Canteen is not good. No hostels.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are not helpful. Most of them are arrogant. Teaching qualities are poor. Teaching methods were used are old. STUDENT to FACULTY ratio is way to low. We did not get any industry exposure. Course curriculum was good but faculty members are not good.
Other: Events, Fest are good.

Over all the college is very average for study.
Placements: They provide average placement for all departmental students. But placements for IT students & CSE students is quite good. They don't provide internship to students. Placements cell is not at all cooperative. 65 percent of students are get placed with in 7th semester. But companies are not so well. There is some fake company also.
Infrastructure: CIEM has not own college hostel, There is mess system. College have average play ground at back side of college. The classrooms are average all classrooms are non AC but computer labs are AC. Civil Engineering lab is not so good, but Electrical Engineering and Computer Science labs are quite well.
Faculty: All faculty members of CIEM college is average. But basic Science faculty & Electrical Engineering faculty members are quite good. All faculty members are very cooperative & helpful. There is total 7 departments. Among them IT, CSE, Electrical engineering Departments are best.
Other: College fest held once in a year. College campus situated at crowd place. Communication is very well. It is near kudghat metro station.
