Our college has excellent atmosphere and good infrastructure.
Placements: Students here are attending training regularly. Placements are very good. Core companies visiting the campus for placements are very high in the IT sectors. Teachers are very cooperative. Companies like Simplex, Bastubihar, Pinnacle Infotech, etc., are constantly coming to the campus.
Infrastructure: Labs are excellent and are among the best in the entire MAKAUT college. College campus is very good and with sports complexes inbuilt. The canteen is very good and provides good quality food. Medical room is also available. The staff is very cooperative. Overall very good experience.
Faculty: We have well-qualified faculty members from IITs, NITs, and other reputed institutes. Both offline and online classes are going on. Many industry-oriented training and workshops are conducted regularly. The examination system is as per the MAKAUT semester pattern. Overall it is a good experience.

My overall experience was very good.
Placements: More than 70% of students are placed from campus, and the college provides other ways to offer placements to the students. The highest package offered is around 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.2 LPA. Among the top recruiting companies are Simplex, L&T, TCS etc. Everyone from the college is provided with internships, and only those students are left behind who don't have any interest.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, mainly the college library and sports complex. Food in the canteen and hostel is good enough and affordable. Students can afford food easily, and there are also stores around the campus.
Faculty: The most attractive part of the course is its faculty members. They are very helpful, and each one of them is an expert in their own subjects. I have done my Diploma and B.Tech from the same college only to get the same support from the faculty members.
Other: My batch has 60 students. The main reason I chose this particular course was my interest in the construction line and design. More industrial visits will make the course perfect. There are many events throughout the whole year, technical and cultural, so anyone willing to participate can enjoy here.

I have gained good knowledge and also enjoyed in this college.
Placements: In our college, 60% of students are placed in different sectors. The highest package offered is approximately 30,000 per month, and the lowest average package is approximately 10,000 per month. Recruiting companies are Amazon, Simplex etc. Students got internships from my college, approximately 60% in various sectors like PWD, CPWD etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in our college are good. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. More than 20 labs, more than 200 classrooms, a huge library, etc., are available. Hostel facilities are available. The rooms and canteen food are also good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. All the teachers are qualified or passed out from great institutes. The course doesn't only make students understand how the industry works but also helps organisations train students for their needs.
Other: I chose this career because I enjoy it. Taking up a professional course is important to improve my performance in my career.

I am satisfied with our college teachers and infrastructure, but placement results are very poor.
Placements: About 30% of the students got placed until now. The highest salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month, while the average salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The top recruiter for our course is Gammon India, and the top role offered in our course was a junior executive engineer. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA, while the average salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. About 10% of the students got internships in different organisations.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average compared to other colleges. Facilities provided here are such as Wi-Fi facility and quite good labs. Classrooms could be more better. There is no hostel in our college premises, but outside of the college, you will get PGs. However, mess, hostels and the food are good. Our college canteen is quite good enough, and medical facilities are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers here are very much helpful and qualified as per the professors. They are also knowledgeable, but their teaching quality is average compared to other colleges. The course curriculum is relevant as civil engineering is a core stream. If you do proper training and internships, then you will be industry-ready.
Other: I specifically chose this course as I was attracted by tall buildings and skyscrapers from my childhood. When I got the opportunity, I chose this stream. The course curriculum could be more better because new technology is improving day by day, but we are still learning the old versions. Events and fests are held on the campus, and the campus surrounding is very crowded. Scholarships are offered as per the availability and based on merit. Extracurricular activities like technical fest are held in our college.

Not so satisfied with the college for placement part and Fest part.
Placements: Every year placements are not good. Some years it is average and some years it is below average. This year of 2015-2019 batch have got good placements and placements are still running. Many core companies came and recruited many of the students. This year till now in civil 40% students have been placed in different companies. In Diploma branch also many students are placed. Companies are still coming. But compared to this year last year campusing was the worst. Only 20-30% got placed. Apart from civil other branches placements have been good this year till now. But this college needs to improve their placements.
Infrastructure: College has a huge place. Playground is available on the college campus. Sports, games, etc. also held in this college. Classrooms have enough space to seat for 60+ students. It also has a huge library and maximum books are available there. Easily a student can sit there and study. Discipline is well maintained in the library. It also has a medical room for students as well as for teachers. It has Wi-Fi available for students but its speed is below average. Sometimes it does not work too. Sports are also held like-Football tournament, Cricket tournament, Badminton matches, Chess, etc. are also held every year. Laboratories also have got a good number of equipments based on our courses, but it can be improved.
Faculty: I know about civil I can say elaborately about civil. Civil faculty members are very good. They all are friendly with the students and always support and cooperate with the students. Teachers never get tired of teaching or making us understand something. They treat us like their brothers and sisters. They always help us to improve ourselves. All the teachers are very knowledgeable about the subjects. They always help to bring the best out of us. But there's a huge problem random teacher changes. This college cannot keep good teachers for more than 2 years. We can also share our problems with the teachers and they always help us to find a solution for them. They help us in our projects in making new projects, in taking part in competitions. They guide us with the best of them. But this college needs to keep good teachers for more year. Apart from civil other department teachers are also helpful and cooperative. This college needs to improve their number of teachers also. Some teachers are also there whom we call Hitler. But apart from them all are good. This college have -Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics, And Telecommunication Engineering.
Other: Freshers, Tech fest, Fest, etc. are a fun part of the college. This college also organizes fest every year but not a huge fest a small one. Some bands come and preform, Djs are there. But they don't bring any celebrity or any singer because the college doesn't cooperate in this step with the students.

Dissatisfied with the teaching quality, faculty, and management.
Placements: There were no placements for both our seniors and us. Few fake companies come every year just for the sake of being there. They offer sales and BPO jobs to the candidate with an average package of around 2 LPA. Thereafter, they are not responsible for the placements and the placement cell is useless.
Infrastructure: They promise world-class infrastructure during admission but believe me there are very limited technical facilities and instruments in the labs. Although, other facilities like the Wi-Fi, the classroom and the library are good. There's no hostel facility in the campus and they rent rooms outside the campus to serve the purpose. Food in the canteen is limited.
Faculty: As it is a private college, there is no permanent faculty on the campus. The appointed faculty members are not given an opportunity to work freely with the students in the long run. The course curriculum is not up to the mark. The teaching quality is poor and has a less student to faculty ratio. There is no industry exposure, and the system may ruin the student's life if they are serious.
Other: There are no scholarships for poor students. Every year, they organise the other events and fests on the campus. The connectivity of the college is good, but the surroundings are polluted.

Bad college, loss of money.
Placements: In civil engineering only 4 students placed in my batch. Previous years no campusing. Only high tuition fees compared to other college. Only pool campusing was organised. I thought to get job from pool campusing but most of the companies was from marketing and IT domain.
Infrastructure: Very bad infrastructure. Wi-Fi is there but only for show off. When new batch starts Wi-Fi is in function after few days no Wi-Fi. Classrooms are okay without AC. No hostel facility available. Library is there.
Faculty: In my stream, teachers are not permanent. One day one teacher, next day new teacher. Less teacher for civil subjects. Not having to much experience.

Disappointed with the placement department and management.
Placements: The placement is very poor for the civil engineering department. The college brought some BPO companies like Amazon, BYJUS for the civil engineering department. SIMPLEX and Sapoorji hired 7 students in a pool campusing. The college brought one or two small construction companies, and they wanted to pay a pittance which may not be sufficient for labours. The condition of other department is same almost except Automobile engineering department. They got good placements.
Infrastructure: Whatever the placement conditions are in our college, but the infrastructure of the college is good. The whole building is Wi-Fi enabled though it is slow. It has big classrooms with the pleasant atmosphere. The library is also Wi-Fi enabled, and you can access a few books of eminent authors. The medical facilities are poor truly. You will never get a band-aid in the college.
Faculty: Especially in the civil engineering department, we faced a lot of problems due to the change in the faculty. There are no permanent faculty in our department. We are witnesses as 4-5 times HOD in our department was changed. The college brings some young faculty who are recently pass out. They often left the college when they get better facilities and remuneration from other institutes.
Other: I think it will be a mistake to invest money in building engineering career in this college where market conditions are very poor. It is not a reputed engineering institute, so big companies will not give you enough preference. Many students are sitting in their home and preparing for the government jobs. So I think it is good if you go for diploma in engineering but paying 4 lakhs for B.Tech in this college is not worthy.
