A pretty good college if you have a KEAM rank around 30,000.

Faculty: Most of the teachers here are really nice and supportive. They are qualified and have good knowledge. The teaching quality varies from average to good. The course curriculum is the same as any other college under KTU University in Kerala. It needs some upgrading.

Teachers are good but the college is average.

Faculty: Teachers are very hardworking and dedicated. Most of them are very educated and trained professionals. Talking about the course curriculum it is very outdated and it is not good enough for a student to be prepared for an industrial view. The semester exams are moderate, so a student can get a pass mark if they study 1 or 2 days before exams. Even after that our pass percentage is not that good it is only like 60 to 70 percent.

A college with good infrastructure and faculty members, along with great college life.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. Very much educated and experienced. I was in the first batch of the 2024 scheme KTU syllabus, so there were huge changes in the syllabus of our course, but still, the teachers had no issues teaching the new syllabus, and everything is going well. We have 2 internal series examinations before the main exam, and the questions are created by the faculty members themselves; the exams are conducted well.

There is a good campus environment and faculty members. Overall, placements are below average here.

Faculty: Many faculty members are good and friendly. They try their best to make our studies easy. The course curriculum is pretty outdated. Some subjects are up to date but not effective. They do not make us industry-ready. Semester exams are neither difficult nor easy.

It has decent faculty members, good placements, and decent infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is decent. The course curriculum is pretty decent (2024). I am not sure if it will make students industry-ready or not. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is around 90% for my batch.

Good place to complete your degree, peaceful to study for GATE.

Faculty: I think the 2024 scheme is so much better than the previous scheme so the curriculum is good. Faculty are good in CS there are very few teachers who teach badly but most of the faculty are good. In CS almost everyone passes the semester exam, which is just moderate. A two-day study could get you a good grade.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty, average placement in 2024, and average infrastructure facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are good not all of them. All faculty members are very friendly. The KTU curriculum is not that relevant so please try to improve your skills by yourself online. The KTU semester exams aren't that difficult, if you study you can pass.

Review of College of Engineering, Thalassery.

Faculty: Exams are conducted continuously every semester, and the papers are checked by the faculty members, who help us to improve our marks. Information Technology is a good course, and the faculty members and HOD are very cooperative and supportive. It's a good college.

This college is a good option to study with full of fun.

Faculty: Teachers are all educated. There are better classes in the college. Every teacher is friendly. Also, the teaching quality is good. The syllabus is also better. We learn about something that really makes sense. Semesters are difficult. My first semester exams were very hard, especially Python. We all thought it was an easy subject. I think only 60% of students cleared the first semester.

College is good for students who not only want to study but also enjoy it.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Most of them have studied in the same college itself. I think the people who teach core subjects are average but the people who teach other subjects are really experienced and good. Since it is KTU, most of the syllabus is not enough for the industry.

College of Engineering, Thalassery, is a good college.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive. The new curriculum (2024) seems good. It is relevant and not bloated with stuff that not needed or is outside the selected course. Teachers still force to write assignments rather than allowing to type it out. It's very old-fashioned, and assignments are just QnA.

It is absolutely good and beautiful because of the faculty members.

Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They have a good quality of teaching. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in college are average, sometimes difficult, and sometimes easy.

Awesome campus with good staff. A very good infrastructure with a green ambience.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and have friendly behaviour. Exams are strictly conducted. 85% above the pass percentage (CSE). Conducting two series of exams in every semester. Teachers provide good support for Seminars, assignments, and projects. The curriculum is updated and covers most of the industry requirements.

Good college for studies.

Faculty: COET offers B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, mechanical, and civil, plus M.Tech in selected fields. Curriculum follows KTU, with experienced faculty members, smart classrooms, labs, and industry-liked projects. Active mentoring, seminars, and research support are provided.

The college has good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified. They're also helpful. Lectures are understandable and similar to school lectures. The curriculum is not that good. The syllabus of KTU is not good for the 2019 scheme. There is a lot of unnecessary content for us to learn, which will not help us in the tech industry. Now it has developed since 2024.
