Review of DAV College Chandigarh (DAVCHD).

Placements: Our college does not provide placements, except for some time. Only some students got placed at our time. During our tenure, with a new principal, the placement rate is hiked, and many companies directly visit our college for placements. Companies like eClerx, Contingent and many other companies visit our college for placement. They provide you with a chance to participate in job fest of different colleges which are under PU.

Infrastructure: The hostel is neat and clean, and the warden is also polite. The library is the main feature of this college as it is sprawled over 3 floors. Our college provides free Wi-Fi facility for students. The infrastructure of our college is good. Medical facilities are available here. Sports and games were good. Students play games at the national level.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, but not all teachers are knowledgeable. Only a few teachers are good. Our course curriculum does not make students industry-ready. They solve all course-related queries, and they make students industry-ready. Most of them make students independent.

Good placements are provided. The teaching of the faculty is good.

Placements: The placements in our college are the best. There are good and helpful teachers and other staff members. Their quality of teaching is the best. Students are helpful to one another. The management of the college is good. The average salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. Many companies visited the campus. The college has a placement cell. The placement percentage of the college is 65%.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. Labs have all the apparatus and lab teachers are good. Many classrooms are available. Classrooms are more spacious compared to other colleges. The campus has a big playground. All the sports facilities are available. Medical facilities are also available. There are separate hostels for boys and girls.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The student-faculty ratio is 40:1. Smart classes are available. The course curriculum is useful. The teachers are helpful. They give their best and work harder to teach us. It is the best college in Chandigarh.

Other: Scholarships are provided to the students. The campus of this college is better than other colleges.
