Good in teaching but for practicals have less instruments in lab
Placements: In BSC there is no placement in Chandigarh university. In my class on one is placed in any company. For internship they only send one email to the respective laboratories so only 2-3 students get internship but mostly students do not get internships.
Infrastructure: In department of forensic science instruments are less but faculty Is good. They provide a good library and books are also available there and also provide wifi in all libraries. Classroom are also good and have projector but in labs there are a lack of instruments.
Faculty: Faculty is good and exams will be conducted timely according to the university calendar. Mostly teachers have PHD degree and good experience so faculty is almost good and they explain things clearly. Semester exams are also good and have questions they already discussed in class expected 1 or 2 questions in every paper.

I am satisfied with faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: All students got internships from our course. Our college provides internships for first-year students to enhance their field knowledge. The top role offered is an assistant. Many central and regional forensic science labs visit our college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Labs have all the requirements. All classrooms have comfortable seating arrangements and monitors. Our building is well-designed. There is no particular library for our course. The hostel rooms are spacious and have everything one requires. The food served in every hostel is average.
Faculty: All teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They assist us to complete research papers. They are available whenever we require them. The course curriculum is relevant and makes us ready for the fieldwork. The semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 30%.

Absolutely dissatisfied with college. Came here with great hopes of exposure but didn't get any.
Placements: My batch is the first batch and I can assure you there is no placement for B.Sc. Students. Can't be sure of the package because the job is unsure.
Top recruiters are CFSL's and FSL's.
Almost everyone can get internship at government labs.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very slow and sometimes not available to students ; Labs are not well equipped ; Classrooms are fine and not that bad ; Libraries are well equipped.
The quality of hostel food is good at start but after some time it degrades ; canteen food is fine ; Medical services are good here also the sports facility.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but they are not that qualified it looks like the don't have experience most of the teachers are research scholar themselves completing their PhD's.
Only 2 core subject are added each semester other are basic sciences so that if student has to change course after B.Sc. they can.
Almost everyone who gives exams pass the exams are not tough but decent .
Other: I chose this course because I thought that less competition would be good but it is very crowded. Best thing is that how good you are depend on you practical knowledge rather than your theoretical one.
If core subjects could be added a bit more it would be great and also if labs get more equipped with modern technology that would be very good.
Regular events occur here ; Campus is very crowded ; Scholarships offered are very good on basis of merit or scholarship test.

Wonderful infrastructure but bad placements.
Placements: Placements in this course are not very good but it's better in other courses in the college. Only government jobs are good in this field. We have to go for an internship by directly contacting the FSL sometimes and getting recommendation letters from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very impressive. The classes are big and spacious. The hostels are fine but the hostel food is not very nice. Wi-Fi is available in the block. Large and accessible libraries are there but usually lack books for our particular course and subjects.
Faculty: The professors are well qualified and good at teaching except some that are very supportive. The course doesn't give a lot of physical exposure. The final examinations are helpful and help in practicing. Some of the subjects are useless and the course content is not very good.
Other: There are always fests and activities going on on campus. Celebrity nights and concerts keep happening on a regular basis on campus.

State of the art infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are not that good in our course. The students mostly opt for masters after this course and then they try for Ph.D. or JRF or give SSC exam to get a job in government sector. Most jobs are government based. Private jobs are also there but not that well paying usually.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is world class. Class are well ventilated and good seating. Wi-Fi is available in the library but most books are unavailable. A sports complex is there. All kinds of sports teams are there. The college hostels are good for boys but not so good for girls. The food is not very good in the mess. But there are a lot of food joints with in the university.
Faculty: The teachers are mostly helpful, provide us with relevant study material and course content. Assignment and attendance is a top priority. The course curriculum is fine but not that relevant. Examination level is intermediate. But practical knowledge in our course is not available.
Other: I chose this course because I always had an interest in criminalists. I wish that there were better subjects in the course and the unnecessary subjects were removed.
