Candidates must fulfill the admission eligibility criteria for the BTech programme at the Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering Management and Research. DYPIEMR accepts the following exams: JEE Main, MHT CET. 
Applicants can get admission through: CAP, Management quota. 
1.80% of admissions are available for CAP, and 20% will be made at the Institute Level. Only CET or JEE main paper 1 candidates can apply for CAP for first year admission.

After JEE session 2 is completed, only those candidates who are aiming for IITs need to start preparing for JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Those who are above the 98th percentile should start preparing for JEE Advanced as soon as possible.
