Good placements, supportive faculty, and a balanced campus life.

Placements: In my college, there are 70-80% of students placed. The highest package is 56 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and average package is 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Mass recruiters like Cognizant and many more are coming for placements and take the students in quantity, like 150-200 students.

Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure with Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a central library with a wide range of resources. Department provides access to project labs and seminar halls for presentations. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms and common areas. Mess food quality is satisfactory and hygienic, though canteen options are better. Medical facilities are available on campus, and sports facilities include cricket, football, basketball courts, and indoor games. Overall, both academic and hostel infrastructure support a balanced student's life.

Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. Most of them hold advanced degrees and provide guidance beyond academics, encouraging project-based learning. Teaching quality is good with a mixture of theory and practical exposure. The curriculum is designed to be industry relevant, especially with subjects in AI, data science, and machine learning, but it could include more updated electives aligned with current trends. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty and test both conceptual clarity and application. With regular study and project work, students perform well. The pass percentage generally remains high, around 85-90%.

Other: I chose the artificial intelligence and data science course because of my strong interest in emerging technologies like AI, ML, and data analytics. The best part of the course is that it relevance to the current industry and the practical learning opportunities through projects and hackathons. I wish the curriculum included more industry-driven electives and real-world case studies.

Disappointed because of poor infrastructure and poor faculty members.

Placements: Approximately 90% of students from the AIDS branch get placed in companies through campus recruitment drives. The highest package is 85 LPA, the lowest package is 35 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA. The placement cell recruits companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Infosys.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our department is very limited and poor. Wi-Fi is available for students, but the connectivity and speed are very low. We can only access websites through Wi-Fi, not any other apps for coding or other tasks. Labs are very poor condition. The computers need repair, and the keyboards do not work properly. Some are damaged, and no proper internet is provided by the college.

Faculty: Our college is under SPPU University. The exams are conducted by SPPU. Our faculty members are very responsible for our exams. They do not provide proper guidance, notes, or PDFs. They only teach using old techniques. We are not allowed to carry laptops in our class. It is not good.

Other: The college is not worth it.

Placements: Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Technology provides excellent support to its students. The college has a 100% placement record for students who meet the selection criteria of the recruiting companies. The lowest salary packages start at 3.5 LPA, and the highest are in the 13-20 LPA range. Recruiters include major companies like TCS and Infosys, as well as various service-based companies. About 50% of the students get internships based on the criteria of the respective companies. In my course, the roles offered were in data analytics, among others.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure at this college are good. The labs are fully furnished with PCs and the required equipment. There is a central Wi-Fi for students, with every PC having a LAN connection and a library with separate central Wi-Fi. The food is of good quality, especially compared to what is available outside the college.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and provide good direction for students' futures. The teaching quality is good, but the curriculum changes frequently, so the teachers need to change as well. The course is new to the industry, so students might have trouble getting a placement in this course, but they will definitely be placed in different companies that come for CS placements. The difficulty level is moderate because it's under SPPU, and from now on, the new 2024 pattern will be followed by the students.

Other: I chose this course because I get a scholarship under the TFWS category, which reduces my college fees.

The infrastructure is good, with supportive faculty and good placements in 2021.

Placements: The Students of the mechanical branch in the core, branches have good placements. The teaching branches and CS also have decent placements. The highest package is 70lpa for mechanical students and the highest internship is 170k with average placements is 4.5 to 5.5 LPA respective of all branches.

Infrastructure: The facilities are Wi-Fi, student library, and canteen are good and the classrooms are better with the proper infrastructure of the building. However, the computer labs are not up to the mark, they should have AC and all are HP computers. There are no grounds on campus so no such exposure to games.

Faculty: The teachers are supportive and helpful, they give proper guidance to us. All are so experienced and qualified. The course of this college is from SPPU so it is the best course with proper exam curriculum also this course will make students ready. The university semester exams are not tough if you study all the notes given by your teachers you can easily score good marks. The passing percentage for each semester is 40%.

Other: The campus of our college is small and there is no other building in our college, no grounds, no garden, just a walking area and a parking area. Also, there will be no events for first-year engineering colleges. The college should do better in coding culture for students from the first year itself, also it must have smart boards installed in all classrooms.

Our college provides good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Adobe, and Microsoft. The highest salary package offered was 45 LPA by Amazon. More than 200 tech and core companies visit our college for recruitment. Internships are also offered in our college, and the stipend is Rs.1,70,00 per month.

Infrastructure: Our college has 8 storied building. Computer laboratory is also available. It also provides a cloud computing laboratory in partnership with Capgemini. Chemistry and Physics laboratories are also provided. Workshops are conducted in our college. Electrical laboratory is available. It has a huge reading area. The library is also available, and several books are provided.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and well-educated. The teaching quality is the best. Every faculty member tries their best to teach us using modern teaching techniques. Unit tests are conducted regularly so that we can prepare well for final exams.

Our college is the best as it provides good faculty members and placements.

Placements: Placements are good. Students from CS and IT courses got placed. Many students also got internships. T&P cell is also very supportive and experienced. They conduct various activities for students. The top recruiting companies are Microsoft and Amazon.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but our campus is not huge. There is no ground on our campus for sports. Laboratories are well-equipped and you will find all the instruments there. The library is very good and several books are available.

Faculty: First-year faculty members are supportive and experienced. Their teaching quality is good. Attendance is also compulsory. The course curriculum is based on SPPU. Semester exams are strictly conducted. All faculty members are good.

Best in Tier 3 colleges. Good faculty members and placements.

Placements: Placements are quite good at this college. But their intake is so high around 800 and among 800 only top 30 to 40 got placed above 10 LPA. TPO is trying very hard to get good companies. And trying to educate students about interview preparation and how to get good opportunities. Overall for tier 3 college TPO is doing very good job.

Infrastructure: Hostels here are very luxurious. But comes with heavy costs around 1,80,000 for triple sharing. It us very expensive. In college area there are lot of option available as flat sharing and PGs at low cost including food so. For a student here hostels are not recommended if their budget is not allowing. But those who can afford it. It is heaven.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive. Takes good care of student. Especially FE department here is very good. Teachers here are better than Average tier 3 college some of them are highly qualified with Ph.D. from great universities. But most are just with master from tier 3 colleges. But overall it is good as teachers are just to show direction everything has to done by students.

Other: Artificial intelligence and data science are booming field now a days. Curriculum of it I better than CS.
