It is an amazing college with the best memories.
Placements: The maximum number of students who passed with an A category grade are placed in the course. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 4 LPA. Many companies like Zensar, Infosys, and TCS visit the college for placements in my course. 15 percent of students got internships from my course, and if they performed well, they got a full-time position. The top roles offered are software developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are top-notch with proper ventilation and sufficient fresh air. The mess and canteen are very clean, and a huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff for keeping this place clean. The canteen is not that great. But they have maintained hygiene. Hostel facilities are not that great. Medical facilities are also available. College always ranked high in sports and games on the inter-college level. Many students are represented at the state and city levels from Fergusson College.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated with a proper background for a particular subject. The course curriculum is related to industry knowledge, which makes students industry-ready. Exams are of a moderately difficult level. The pass percentage is very high due to a good teaching staff and helpful lab technicians.

I'm satisfied with the campus life here, really good infrastructure and excellent teaching staff.
Placements: In B.Sc. Computer Science course, the placement rate is 80 to 85 percent. Many students opt for a Master's after completing a Bachelor's. Moreover, top companies like Wipro, Deloitte, Capgemini, TCS, etc. Approximately the salary range is between 3.5 LPA and 3.9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The Fergusson College campus stretches over 65 acres, with a very big campus to explore. There are many departments from computer Science to geology to animation media and photography. It gives students a wide variety of courses to choose from. Apart from this, there are hostels and canteens for students.
Faculty: The Fergusson College B.Sc. Computer Science faculty has nearly 35 teaching staff. They are very highly qualified, and the classes are 1 hr each and a practical of 4 hours. The semester exams are generally not that difficult, and anyone who attends regular lectures would find it very easy.

Fergusson college is one of the best colleges for studies.
Placements: I am in my second year and the placement in fergusson college is good, and recently my seniors have been placed at INR 6.5 Lakhs per annum. But many of the students go for higher studies in computer Science and after completion of M.Sc. in computer Science placements are very good.
Infrastructure: Fergusson college is a historic college which was established by bal gangadhar tilak and many others. There is a main building which is a historic structure and an amphitheater with a capacity of 750 people and many cultural and guest meets are held here. One of the most famous annual function of fergusson college, spandan is organised here. The campus is of 66 acres.
Faculty: Faculty is very good and well experienced. They know their core subjects very deeply and they are friendly. I am in computer Science department and it is a very nice subject and makes students industry ready as future is in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY sector only. There are two main external exams held each year and they are not so difficult to pass.

Review of Fergusson College.
Placements: Placements are started from the 5th semester. Some top companies that visit our college for placements are Deloitte, Snyder Electric, D E Shaw, Capgemini, and other companies. Around 80-90% of students get placed and the remaining students apply for masters. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. Students either get a job or others prepare for other examinations and mostly pursue master's degrees in the same course.
Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities. Department library and spacious classrooms with projectors are available. There are three labs for computer science, 2 labs for mathematics, and 1 for Statistics.
Faculty: Teachers of our department are qualified and most of them have completed their master's degrees and Ph.D. in computer science. They are helpful and always ready to assist students regarding academics or out of academics. The course curriculum keeps changing according to industry requirements and makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of exams is moderate. A student can easily pass exams with a few hours of study before a few days of exams. The pass percentage is 90%.

Good faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: Students get eligible for the placements from the 5th semester. Nearly 60% to 70% of students get placed but most of the students pursue higher education. The average package was 4-5 LPA and the highest package was 10 LPA offered by Infosys. Top Recruiting companies were Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc. We have a placement cell that helps with placements, but we didn't get an internship through it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. There is a huge library in the college and also a personal library of each subject department. You can get all resources regarding a particular course in the library. Classrooms are big with good infrastructure, a projector in every class and CCTV. College also encourages students for extracurricular activities and sports. A huge ground, Badminton court, lawn tennis court, two basketball courts and gymkhana are the part of college. Apart from that college also encourage students to participate in NSS and NCC and it is believed that this college has one of the best NCC wings. Hostel facilities are good, maybe not for those who are looking for AC and all. Rooms are of a single B.Ed and double B.Ed. Single beds are allotted to the First year students and second year students, and double bedrooms are allotted to the final-year students. There are two messes just near the hostels which give unlimited meal with charge 2875 per month. Apart from hostels, there are PG rooms near the college, especially for girls.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified with M.Sc. or Ph.D. in their respected subject. Teachers teach in a very friendly way. Also, teachers complete the syllabus within the time given to them by the management. As an autonomous college, it has its own syllabus strongly based on the specificity of the course. Term exams are held after every four months with two unit tests, practicals are regular in each subject.

Dear aspirant,
MIT-WPU and Fergusson, Pune are well-reputed institutes for pursuing a degree in FYBA. Both are top-notch institutes in Pune, Maharashtra. According to me, Both the colleges are good enough when it comes to quality education and placements. But, if you ask me I would prefer Fergusson
