College is great.
Placements: Most students are placed as college allows you to pursue internships and work on field project skills. You get to work with companies like Serum Pharmaceuticals and M.Sc. Mcure, and Cipla. You can also work on internships in reputed companies.
Infrastructure: Overall, infrastructure is very nice, with lots of greenery and peace. Abundant space to move freely or to sit in the green like bamboo garden or chemistry garden and you can work. Classrooms are good, some classrooms are old but there are many new classrooms with digital boards. There are 3 canteens media canteen, anna canteen, and IMDR canteen. Media canteen and IMDR canteen are well-maintained and hygienic. There are abundant space and groups for sports.
Faculty: The course B.Sc. chemistry is very good, faculty members we have are highly qualified. All are very supportive and ready to help. Course curriculum also focuses on laboratory skills with real field project work, which is a very nice thing. Also, if you are interested you can work with college faculty members on higher class projects.
Other: There is good scope for Chemistry as you can work in cosmetic companies, laboratories, research, chemical industry, pharmaceutical institutes, scientists, etc.

Best and the top most college - The Fergusson college.
Placements: Approximately 90% of students were placed. The average package for UG students from our college is 3.90 LPA, and the average package for PG students is 4.50-4.80 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, Cipla, Jio Platforms, Sai Life Sciences, Godrej Agrovet, and Deloitte USI Consulting. Most of the students get internships from our course. The top roles offered in our course are in companies from various sectors, including IT, pharmaceuticals, and consulting, which participate in the recruitment process, offering diverse roles to graduates.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is top-notch. Regarding academic facilities, such as laboratories, the college boasts 55 well-equipped laboratories catering to various science disciplines, classrooms, and a library. The Bai Jerbai Wadia Library accommodates up to 400 students. The hostel facility at our college is also good. They provide a mess and canteen. The rent of the hostel is affordable for every level. The medical facility is the best at our college. In our college, there are both indoor and outdoor games, such as kho-kho, hockey, cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, kabaddi, table tennis, badminton, boxing, karate, taekwondo, etc.
Faculty: Educators are experienced and supportive, fostering an environment conducive to learning. The teachers are highly qualified; in short, they are doctorates. The curriculum of our course is excellent. We learn both practically and theoretically. From the second year, we visit many industries. Semester exams are tough but helpful. 95% of students pass.
Other: The Chemistry department is the biggest department in this college. All the best teachers, and even the principal, are from the Chemistry department. Up until now, I haven't felt that anything should be improved. Many big events are organized in our college, such as a book fest (got the Genius Book Award), a science exhibition, a naval exhibition, and a Karandak event. The best fest of the year is also organized. The crowd is much larger, and the surrounding area is full of encouragement towards studies. There are many more scholarships for different categories.

Home to education Fc Pune. Very good college.
Placements: Based on B.Sc., very few students are placed, but if we do M.Sc., then the chances of placements are very good. Out of 25 students, 15 are placed. The highest package till now is 9 Lacs per annum. The average package here is 5-6 Lacs per annum. Recruiting companies like TCS, NCl, IISER. Internship of various industries. Roles offered such as lab technician, assistant professor, etc.
Infrastructure: Class infrastructure is all best old ancient buildings with e-learning classrooms. The library is well-equipped with all kinds of books. Computer labs are also there. The hostel is very good, mess food is good, canteen is also very good, sports and games also have a special center so everything is above expectations.
Faculty: Qualified teachers with Masters in their subject and with a lot of experience. The course curriculum is very relevant as expected for competitive exams like JAM. Semester exams are of moderate level, pass percentage is above 60 percent. Very good examination as strict examination making students study everything.
Other: My batch was of 90 students. Chemistry was my dream as it fascinated me and pursued my dream as an assistant professor. Improvement like less tight schedule, more games, more activities, more visits. The campus is very good, year departmental festival very good, scholarships like Maha DBT inspire Gokhale and various. Extracurricular activities like visits of research persons, IAS offices, stars, etc.

It is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra.
Placements: Our college provides placements after completing the course. Around 40% of students got placed in our course. Our college provides good chances to work in foreign companies. Top recruiting companies are Cipla and various pharmaceutical companies.
Infrastructure: Our campus building is old but iconic. The hostel rooms are good and clean. The mess provides vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. The medical facilities are available in the hostel. The hostel facilities are good.
Faculty: Our teachers are good and well-qualified. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. They have a great knowledge of chemistry. Our college organises industrial visits. The pass percentage of our college is good.
Other: Our course offers good job opportunities.

Review of Fergusson College.
Placements: Placements depend upon students' abilities. Those who perform best in interviews get good placements. Tata, Reliance, and Wipro are the major companies that have been recruiting students from FC. Science and art education is best here. It is a dream-chasing college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, laboratories, and departmental libraries are very big. The staff is also very cooperative. Hostel is on the campus. Canteen is near to them. Every facility that students should have is available in the hostel. FC road outside college is one of the famous places in Pune.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. There are Ph.D. holders, especially in the electronic physics and chemistry departments. The updated curriculum is provided to you. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready. One has to learn itself. Being top college, exams are in strict environment.

Hi Ayushi,
For taking admission for B.Sc Chemistry, mandatory subjects are PCM/HSC in life sciences. If you have chemistry in class 12th, then you are eligible.
