Hindu College is highly regarded.
Placements: Hindu College placements are among the best in North Campus. That is why, even as per NIRF rankings, we are among the top colleges in Delhi. I am not aware of the exact placement figures, as I have just joined the college. B.Com (Hons) students get placements, and my course also has decent placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: Hindu College is right next to St. Stephen's College, and we have a hostel on our campus. Our college has two canteens and a Nescafe kiosk too. The library is comparatively small compared to other colleges, as I have visited various other colleges. Sports facilities are also good. In the indoor sports room, there is a TT table, and I love playing there.
Faculty: I won't say so far, so good, as our faculty members are known to be among the best in India. A doctorate is one thing, but showing character that helps connect with students is another aspect. Our faculty members have found that connection. In just 2 months, I have happily made really good connections with them.
Other: From what I heard about the crowd at Hindu College, I find it even better. The main events of the college will be in the next semester, but so far, from orientation to traditional day, I have enjoyed both events at Hindu College.

Happy with exposure, facilities can be improved.
Placements: Based on what I have learned from my seniors. Approximately 55% of students get placed. The packages are 23 LPA, 3 LPA, and 9 LPA. Top recruiters include HDFC, Deloitte, BCG, etc. I don't have reliable data or even an approximation regarding internships, as I am currently in my first year. Top roles include Finance Consultant, Researcher, Policy Analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, a library, and air-conditioned classrooms are available, but the quality of drinking water is extremely poor. Class schedules are poorly constructed. Selected sports can be played on a regular basis. I live in a PG, so I can't really review the hostel facilities.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are helpful, but it feels that the guest faculty is always quite young and inexperienced in dealing with students. I feel the curriculum is excellent. Though it sometimes gets hard to grasp, it can't be denied that it is quite relevant. I am yet to appear for my semester exams. However, from the internal and continuous assessments, it can be said that they are manageable. You just need to be attentive in class. Regularly giving a small amount of time to practising what was taught that day also helps.

Faculty and equipment need a serious update in the Physics department.
Placements: Most people do a B.Sc. Physics because they want to do research afterwards and are not looking to settle for a job after graduation. So, this question isn't really valid for me. Talking about internships, I feel our professors give us opportunities to intern under them and help them with their respective research. I have little knowledge about internship prospects available outside of that.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty well maintained, but the lab equipment could definitely be improved. A lot of it is old and gives faulty results. The books in the library are also old, rusty, and torn in places. The boys' hostel is still under renovation and may open after this semester.
Faculty: Some of the teachers seem extremely underqualified, even though they all have doctorates. One of them doesn't even guide us during our lab classes and tells us to read and do everything ourselves. I have heard from seniors that the semester exams aren't that tough and the pass percentage is pretty high.
Other: I like going into the theory and derivation of topics in Physics and the practical aspect of it as well. Thus, I opt for this course. I have different career goals, though. I have already mentioned the things that the college could improve upon. Apart from that, the events, fests, campus crowd, and location are top-tier.

Average facilities, academic excellence, and future of the English Department of Hindu College.
Placements: In my course, a lot of people opt for higher studies, exchange programs, and competitive exams. So placements are not quite popular. Students generally go for jobs like content writing, publishing, PR, etc., which are freelancing jobs. Salary packages offered are around 3 LPA - 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The department provides facilities like AC, spacious rooms, adequate seating, etc. Although there is a university-installed Wi-Fi, it does not function well. The library is supplied with the latest technical equipment, AC, and Wi-Fi. The hostel provides average food, with three meals being served per day. Medical facilities in the hostel are enough only to address immediate needs and provide first aid. There is a badminton court and games available, but the equipment is not upto the mark.
Faculty: Teachers in the English department are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and sort out problems. The course provides insight into English Literature as a whole, focusing on different time periodS as well as geographical areas. The difficulty level of semester exams is not that high. The pass percentage of my batch so far is 100%.
Other: The best thing about my course is that it is academically rigorous. Assignments and classroom discussions are intellectually stimulating. However, introducing some form of industry learning can make the experience better. The English department holds weekly seminars, an annual fest, and many other engaging and vibrant events.

Hindu College review in short.
Placements: There are nice recruitment opportunities through courses. Moreover, the placement cell and societies help a lot. The placement cell can help you get recruited by some amazing companies. It also helps you build connections along the way, which can be useful in the future. The sessions hosted across departments can help you engage with experts.
Infrastructure: The library is amazing, with 4 floors that include a wide variety of books, computers, and an e-library. There is also a big space available for reading and studying. The Wi-Fi works great for me, but students can face problems depending on their SIM. The canteen food is also good for the cost.
Faculty: Faculty in the English Department is amazing. All teachers are very helpful and passionate about their subjects. You can tell they love their job by the way they interact with students. They really help you understand the text and go beyond it as well. The lectures are really insightful if you pay attention.

As a public college, infrastructure and facilities are surprisingly great.
Placements: Being one of the top colleges in India, the placement record at Hindu College is pretty decent. The best offers are provided to the Commerce and Economics departments. There are also many internship opportunities available for us as students of this college.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities and the quality of food in the mess and canteen are very good. Our college also provides a dedicated space for sports personalities to grow and learn. Furthermore, our classrooms are equipped with air conditioning and large windows that allow plenty of sunlight to pass through.
Faculty: The professors all hold Ph.D. degrees and possess outstanding knowledge in their respective fields. The curriculum is also really interesting; for instance, students get to learn about real-world situations happening not only around themselves but also worldwide through Sociology.
Other: Overall, the college provides a really great experience, not only in terms of the curriculum, but also through extra-curricular activities.
