Needs improvement, but hoping for a better future.

Placements: The placement percentage of IIIT Bhagalpur is about 60-70% across all the branches. The highest package offered is 46 LPA, and the average package for the Mechatronics branch is 6 LPA and for CSE is 9 LPA. For internships, be self-dependent, do not depend on the college.

Infrastructure: As our campus is recently made, it has all the basic infrastructure and facilities that should be provided, like LAN, air-conditioned classes, and a library. Recently, washing machines are ordered. All rooms have beds and a study table. The washrooms are decent and clean.

Faculty: As for the professors, they are highly qualified and did their Ph.D. from IIT Patna and Guwahati, etc. The curriculum goes hand-in-hand with company needs. It is not so difficult to score in semester exams and viva, just do what the professors ask and write as per the needs.

Girls have good placements.

Placements: Around 77-80% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 10 LPA, the lowest is 4.62 LPA, and the average is 5.5 LPA. Companies like Autodesk, Infosys, GE Digital, RT Camps, Morphle, and Macquarie recruit students. About 77% of internships are offered by GE Digital and RT Camps, mainly in Robotics, Automation, Design Systems Development, and Software courses.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is new and in very good condition. The hostels are also in good condition. Sports and games are available. In the girls' hostel, the badminton court is currently not available, but in the boys' hostel, every game is available. Medical facilities are good. The quality of mess and canteen food is average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. They conduct various informative orientations and workshops. Exams are not difficult, but moderate, designed with both theoretical and practical components. The pass percentage is around 85-90%.

Other: Based on my JEE rank, I got this course not by choice, but I am lucky to have it as it combines mechanics, electronics, and programming, making me versatile across industries. I wish the teaching quality would improve. Scholarships are provided. Hackathons are organized, and AlgoZenith coding contests are also held. Fresher parties and cultural events are also there.

The campus is well-built with the Ganga on one side of the campus.

Placements: College placement is ongoing, with companies like Infosys visiting our college for placements. Also, many of our seniors are getting internship opportunities from different companies like Google, Amazon, etc. The highest package is 83 LPA so far, and the average is about 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: All the lab facilities are available on our college campus with proper electrical facilities. We have a separate building for the library and computer lab. Our computer lab consists of over 150 computers, and all the books are available in our library. We have proper internet facilities with Wi-Fi and LAN in both the hostel and labs.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and well-informed. Their teaching quality is good and sufficient. The course structure is also very well-built, which helps students become industry-ready. Semester exams are well-designed, keeping the entire syllabus in mind. The passing percentage is also very good.

Our college is decent and good compared to many other colleges in terms of academics and facilities.

Placements: 90 percent of students of my branch were placed. The highest package is around 65 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and the average is 9 LPA of my branch. Top recruiting companies are Tata, TCS, etc. Approximately 55% of students got internships. The top companies for internships are DeltaX, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi in hostel, computers in lab, fully air-conditioned classrooms, and library having every book you want to study are available. Our hostel has better Wi-Fi and LAN facilities, a gym in a common hall, table tennis, two badminton courts, and mess serving decent good food.

Faculty: Yes, all teachers are well-qualified; they did Masters and Ph.D. in their respective subjects, and they are very helpful. The curriculum is quite relevant, which helps students to make themselves industry-ready. The semester exams are quite tough, so students have to understand the topic, not to learn them.

I would not recommned this college to anyone.

Placements: MAE has good placements. The highest salary package in the core branch of MAE was 8 LPA-9 LPA in the year 2023. However, most students get placed in IT companies with the highest salary package offered was 18 LPA. Infosys, SOLIDWORKS, NVIDIA, MEDIA.NET, etc., are the top recruiters. About 80%-90% of students get placed as software engineers.

Infrastructure: Recently, a diamond building was constructed for the library, but it was ruined by being used as a lab. However, the 4th and 5th floors are used as the library, which is very beautiful. Mess is the same as in every college. Facilities are not great, such as no gym or sports facilities, but medical facilities are available. There is no canteen. LAN is available for each B.Ed student. The most important issue is that after the 2nd year, have to stay outside the campus because there is no space to stay in the college. There is only one building for boys, but there are no issues for girls.

Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. Attendance is compulsory in every subject. Have to concentrate on academics as well, because some exams are quite difficult, while others are easier. Exams are relevant and helpful. Semester exams are difficult.

Other: Robotics club is the most active and helps you learn a lot of things. College facilities should be improved. There is no market nearby, so you have to go far to get some things. College does not provide funds for fests. College also does not have a permanent director, which is why these issues are happening. However, it is expected that a director will be hired by January. The number of seats is limited due to the lack of availability. There are 21 seats for OBCs, 3 for SCs, and 4 for EWS in NSP. Scholarships are available for all states, as well as private scholarships.

Good placements with average college life.

Placements: Last year, almost everyone was placed. This year, about 70% of students were placed. The overall average package this year is around 12 LPA. In the Mechatronics branch, almost everyone is placed in IT since it's a new branch, and only two batches of MEA have passed till now. We don't get many core companies for MEA.

Infrastructure: The new campus is ready, and the classrooms are equipped with ACs. The new library building will be completed in 2-3 months. The hostel infrastructure is good, though there are no AC rooms available. Each room is shared by 3 students. There are Wi-Fi and LAN facilities available.

Faculty: All the professors are PhDs, and most of them are from IITs. Some professors teach well, while some do not. The professors of MEA are a bit strict compared to other branches. The course curriculum is fairly relevant to modern scenarios. The semester exams are pretty easy to pass. More than 95% of students pass the exams.

Other: I chose this course because of its uniqueness. It has a combination of mechanical, electronics, and CS subjects. The annual techno-cultural fest, Enyugma, is generally held in the month of November. The technical and cultural clubs in the college are active, and regular sessions are held.

The faculty members are very helpful. Placement is quite decent.

Placements: Almost 100% placement (all students are placed with average package of about INR 12 LPA) The highest package - INR 45 LPA, the lowest package - INR 8 LPA Amazon, media. Net, synopsis and core companies for electronics and the job role offered was a Software engineer .

Infrastructure: The permanent campus is under construction. Hostels are quite decent with clean washroom and cooperative care taker The food served at mess is good and served 4 times a day (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner). The temporary campus has enough labs and library with books for all subjects.

Faculty: Very helpful and supportive teachers. Almost all the faculty members have done Ph.D. from top IITs (Indian institute of technology). The semester exams are moderate. Pass percentage is 40%. Subjects are evenly distributed. Students of electronics and communication and mechatronics can opt for minor in CSE .

Other: Fest takes place from time to time .

Placements: Placements are up to mark. In 2017-21, all students got placed with an average salary package of 8.5 LPA. The maximum salary package offered is 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon and many multinational companies visit our college for placement. An internship is also provided after the 2nd and 3rd years.

Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, and classrooms are well-maintained. The permanent campus is under construction. Hostels are also provided for every student. All the necessary things are available in the hostel like ATM, photocopy machine, canteen, etc. The quality of the food served in a mess is also good.

Faculty: All faculty members are highly educated from all premier institute of India like IITs, NITs, BITs, and IIITs. They all are PhD holders. All teachers are very supportive and helpful. Teaching quality is very good as like some top NITs and IIITs. Semesters exams are average. Almost every student passes the exams as all came from JEE, so it becomes easy for all students.
