IIT Goa Cutoff FAQs
The IIT Goa BTech cutoff 2026 was released for the first rounds for various All India categories. For the General AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 6448 to 12299. As per this range, B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the toughest couse for admission.

Your Class 12 marks does not matter for admission at IIT Goa for the MSc courses. For admission at this IIT for the MSc programme, you would need to first have a Bachelors degree with at least 55% marks for the General and OBC categories (50% marks for the SC, ST and PWD categories).

Candidates need to complete a master's degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent degree with 60% aggregate or CPI 6/10 or equivalent. (55% aggregate or CPI 5.5/10 or equivalent for SC/ST) to apply for IIT Goa PhD programme. Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 70% aggregate or CPI 7 (65% aggregate or 6.5 CPI for SC/ ST candidates) can also apply.

Aspirants who have completed a master's degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or CPI 6/ 10 or equivalent (55% aggregate or CPI 5.5/10 for SC/ ST) with a minimum of two-years of work experience at the time of application are eligible to apply for part-time PhD programme.
Candidates who have completed bachelor's degree or master's degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology at least 60% aggregate or CPI 6/ 10 or equivalent (55% aggregate or CPI 5.5/10 for SC/ ST) can also apply. Aspirants need to have a four-year of experience after bachelor's degree and one-year experience after master's degree.

IIT Goa JEE Advanced cutoff 2026 was released for admission to the various BTech course specialisations. The cutoff was published for multiple categories belonging to the All India categories.

IIT Goa cutoff 2025 has been released for the third round, based on JEE Advanced scores. The cutoff was released category-wise for All India quota candidates. The range of cutoff was 5628 and 11533, among the General AI category candidates.
