The admission cycle for MTech commences at IIT Jammu with GATE registrations. Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee has extended the GATE 2025 application submission date with extended fees. Yes, GATE exam dates have been announced. The GATE application form gets released on the official website at gate.iisc.ac.in. The exam will be conducted online as a computer-based test for 29 papers. Students will be required to solve 65 questions in 180 minutes (3 hours). The GATE syllabus is based on General Aptitude and Core Discipline, carrying a weightage of 15% and 85% respectively. The schedule of JEE Main counselling will be declared by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority after the declaration of the JEE Main result. The counselling will be conducted tentatively in the months of June and July. There will be a total of six rounds of counselling and seat allotment which will be conducted by JOSAA.
