IIT Guwahati Placement Overview 2025
The IIT Guwahati placement report for 2025 has been out on college/institute page. According to the report, IIT Guwahati recorded a placement rate of 62%. The highest package reached INR 1.25 crore per annum during IIT Guwahati placements. A total of 1,606 students registered out of which 1,001 were placed during IIT Guwahati placement season. The total number of male students registered was 1,270 while the number of female students registered was 336. Out of the total 1001 students placed, 791 were male and 210 were female.
IIT Guwahati has a Centre for Career Development (CCD), which oversees all campus placement activities. The department is equipped with all the placement facilities to support students in each stage of the recruitment process. The placement process at IIT Guwahati includes pre-placement talks, Skill assessment, Group Discussions, technical interviews, face-to-face interviews, etc.
