IIST is an emerging educational institute in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: Nearly 95% of students found placement opportunities and secured positions last year, marking a significant success rate in the job recruitment efforts of the institution. The average salary package offered to these students was approximately five Lacs, indicating a competitive entry-level compensation in the industry. However, the highest salary package cannot be shared at the moment, as the placement process is still ongoing, and further lucrative offers may be on the horizon. Unfortunately, the college does not facilitate internship opportunities directly, which can be a setback for students seeking practical experience before entering the workforce.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good, but network in college is so low that it causes so many issues, and the Wi-Fi is not given to students easily. Hostel has good facilities, mess food is also good, as well as sports activities at a top-notch level, and the Gymnasium is also good.
Faculty: Teachers here are so supportive and caring, they give attention to every student and understand their weaknesses and strengths. College definitely makes the students industry-ready with so many things like Signs ( Special interest Groups) & Workshops.
Other: In Madhya Pradesh, this college is preferable for all the Engineering courses as it is more focused on the academic aspect, unlike the other distracting activities.

It is a really good private college in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: Nearly all students get placements. The average package offered is a little low, but they prepare us for every type of interview. It also prepares for mock rounds, GD aptitude, English communication, etc. Many companies visit the college, like Deloitte, Delivery, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and not that bad. There is not much of a network in the college. The canteen food is good and healthy. Hostels are in good condition. There are separate hostels for both girls' and boys'. The mess is good and hygienic. The milk comes from cows that are owned by the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are nice and supportive. They are from a highly educated background and have experience. Exams are conducted in a good manner. The drawback is that everything is so late in this college. Also, the director is so good and appreciates things done by students, and supports students financially.
Other: Fests are low, as compared to other colleges. It mainly focuses on curricular things, so it may not be a good choice for students. Overall, the college is good.

Placements: Almost 85% of students got placed in the course of AI and 30-40 companies came for campusing. The average package is 4.23 LPA. The highest package is 28 LPA. The lowest is 5 LPA. Top recruitment companies for the course are TCS, Wipro, and Capgemini. Around 21% of college students are reported to have secured internships. Top roles from the AIML course are software engineer, data scientist, and AI engineer.
Infrastructure: The institute has a well-equipped language lab with 62 computers in two labs, licensed software, and a LAN facility. The library also offers a book bank facility to all students which allows each student to issue six books for a semester. There is a civil engineering lab, chemistry lab, computer lab, electrical lab, electronics lab, mechanical lab, physics lab, VLSI Lab, and concrete material testing lab. Sports facilities are available like a badminton court, basketball court, cricket ground, football ground, and tennis court.
Faculty: The teaching quality at IIST is a combination of theoretical and practical approaches. Students say the faculty helps them understand complex topics. Students say the faculty is supportive and guides them in theoretical, practical, and technical skills. An industry-relevant curriculum can help students develop skills and work ethics that prepare them for the job. These are the key points about IIST. The difficulty level of exams is moderately challenging, with an emphasis on the application of theoretical knowledge. The pass percentage is around 85-90%.
Other: I chose the AIML course at IIST because of its strong reputation for practical, industry-relevant learning in a rapidly evolving field like artificial intelligence and machine learning. The best aspects of the course include a comprehensive curriculum. It covers a wide range of essential AIML topics, from foundation concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning to advanced techniques like deep learning and natural language processing, ensuring a well-rounded understanding. The course heavily emphasises practical application through real-world projects, allowing us to gain valuable experience in building and deploying AI models across different domains.

Placements: Telling about myself, I am pursuing a B.Tech specialisation in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Talking about the percentage of students get placed in the final. About 70% of them get placed while others choose to prepare for competitive exams. The highest package is 43 LPA. The lowest salary is 3.5 LPA. The average salary is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Mahindra Tech, and Counsaltedd. Talking about internships, it's all your responsibility, college will not help in it, if they see potential then they will help. Top roles offered are data scientist, data analyst, and software engineer.
Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure of the college, it is well-equipped with the latest technology, which fascinates me the most to use it for a better purpose. Labs are equipped with the latest i5 and i7 chipset computers while classrooms are equipped with the latest smart board screens which are good. Hostels are equipped with good infrastructure and better positioning, and there is a good range of Wi-Fi latency also.
Faculty: Talking about the faculty members and exams, faculty members are well-mannered and very supportive in every situation whether the topic is about studies or any other personal stuff. Faculty members are knowledgeable about their individual subjects and helpful in clearing doubts. Talking about the course, it's like average, they need to be more practical. Semester exams are like fun here, just fill in the pages and you will get good marks.
Other: The reason behind choosing this course is my passion and interest in the course. I really get very excited about the processing and management behind the scenes of artificial intelligence like how it works and how it manages to do multiple tasks at the same time. This field is the future of the generation we are heading towards. Talking about events and fests, you will enjoy it the most here, it's the awesome vibe of the year, that is fest.
