Institute of Technology has various streams.
Placements: As JIT (Jeppiaar institute of technology) is well known for its placement records, many of our students got placed in top companies like Amazon, Google and TCS. As of 2023 records, 85% students got placed in good companies. The college also provides internship opportunities to the students while studying.
Infrastructure: Jeppiaar Institute includes various courses such as Arts, Polytechnic and Engineering. Moreover, 80+ buses are running from our Institute regularly. There are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel facilities include laundries, purifiers and relaxing rooms as well.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very supportive and motivating. They ask us to focus on extracurricular activities for developing our skills. They motivate us to participate in IEEE events, NSS camps and social activities. Also, our college is well known for it’s academic excellence.

JIT is a good college ever.
Placements: About 97% of students were placed in our college. The highest salary package offered in our college is 15.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The recruiting companies are Apps Freedom, Infosys, Wipro, and Zoho. About 50% of students got internships in Infosys and about 30% of students got internships in Apps Freedom, and about 17% of students got internships in Zoho. The top roles offered are coding, circuit designing, web development, app development, etc.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are air-conditioned labs with multi facilities with toolkits and good faculty members with good skills and knowledge. In our college, there are well-infrastructured classes with projectors, tables, fans, etc. Our library consists of our subject books and GK books which we don't want to go out and purchase. All the things are available inside. Hostels, mess hall, and medical facilities are excellent with the daily cleaning staff members.
Faculty: Our faculty members are qualified with good skills, well trained, and knowledgeable. Their teaching skills are very good. In our college, there are major learning courses and most of the courses are taught by well-skilled trainers. Our college is an affiliated college so the semester exams are hard. The pass percentage is 35%.
Other: Nowadays, Artificial Intelligence plays a major role in day-to-day life so I took this course to do my best in that. In our course, I want to improve my technical skills. Our campus is good and always connects to people. It conducts many events, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.

Placements: Talking about the placements, Jeppiaar Institute offers 95% placements for ECE course. Many top recruiting companies will visit are campus and hire the students for placement. Our Faculty members in ECE department make us attend many interns. I joined here hearing the placement are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in Jeppiaar Institute is like a classy one. Neat and Tidy environment. Labs, Classrooms, Library, etc. Are much spacious and are very comfortable to learn things. Hostel rooms are also maintained clean. Apart from this, we have Cafe, ATM, Auditorium and all.
Faculty: Faculty members at JIT are very supportive and friendly. Mainly every faculty there are knowledgeable and they make us understand the subject at ease. They guide us in the right path that we are eligible for the placements. If we ask doubts. Anytime and everytime we ask they are ready to clear it.
Other: JIT focuses on skill development, so they conducted skill development activities regularly. Many technical, non-technical and kind of webinars, lectures are take frequently to sharpen our knowledge and to refresh us.

It has really good infrastructure, but it is quite a strict institution in all aspects.
Placements: One-third of the students have been placed in well-reputed companies and some in average companies. The lowest package offered is below 10,000 per month, the average salary is 15,000 per month, and the highest salary is 20,000 to 28,000 per month. TCS, CTS, Wipro, Capgemini, Excelacomm, etc., come here. GET and software roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The college has a separate hall, Wi-Fi and good classrooms. 6-7 students live per room in the hostel. The classrooms are good in size. Our college has one central library. The food was superb at the starting of my college life (2017), later, it was average. Our college gives importance to sports as well. Hostel and college campus have separate nursing rooms for both boys and girls.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable. If we have any doubts regarding the subject, they will explain it with live examples. We have practical classes and case studies to understand the concepts. Semester exams are quite tough for students who have do not prepare well. But it'll be easier for the students who study. Above 70% is the pass percentage.

Placements and other things provided by the college are above limit. But it has a bad infrastructure
Placements: Currently, 81.6% of students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 24 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The top recruiting companies in our college are L&T, Infotech, MQ Spectrum, and Altos Syntel. A student entrepreneur for starting incubation was offered. If a student is a first graduate the salary package offered in the course is Rs. 90,000 per annum, and if not the salary package will be 1.10 LPA. Around 60% of students got internships in companies like MQ Spectrum, Full Creative, KayLabs.
Infrastructure: Our college has fully air-conditioned labs with newly arrived equipment with LAN connection surrounded. Wi-Fi facilities is also provided for fast internet access. Classrooms are airy and ventilated. Our library is provided with many international journals and biographies and many reference books of Indian and foreign authors. It has a partnership with Delnet, National Digital Library, British Council and Anna University. Hostel has an in-house kitchen for those who love to cook and a gym for those who have a passion to build body. Even there are saloons, parlor, and supermarket. The food served in the college has a variety of dishes. It also serves good non-vegetarian food. There is a doctor available in both boys and girls hostel for 24hrs even in college. Sports and games are good, Students cab develop their skills easily on the ground.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and friendly. They can easily identify our mistakes and make us rectify them. If we have any doubts they clear it. Most of the faculty members are holding a doctorate in their specific field. The teaching quality is awesome. If students want to learn any technology, teachers will provide certain videos and materials for their career upliftment and clear their doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and teachers try to make students industry-ready.
Other: I opted for the course because I am interested in the electronics field. Our lab in charge is always interested in teaching circuit connections without any tension and anger. There is nothing to be improved on campus, it's already better to learn and shine. Many workshops are conducted for learning and we have conferences for those who want to present their skills. Cultural and symposium are great fests in our college. Scholarships of the entire amount are offered for those who ranked top in Anna University.

Placements: Almost 85% of the students are placed in different types of companies like product-based, service-based, marketing company, etc. The highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. CTS, TCS, Wipro, and L&T, etc., are the top recruiters. Roles of a trainee manager sales, executive HR, etc., are offered. Almost 95% of the students got internships from the course in many companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good. We have a library, Wi-Fi, hall, and many labs related to our department. The quality of the facilities in the hostel, mess, and canteen is good. Medical facilities and sports and games are good. They are very helpful for the survival of all.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was prominent to all depths. This course is relevant to our department. It helps the students get ready for the industry. It's very easy for placements. They invite external experts for the training and make all students get placed in core companies.
Other: I'm very keen to know about our department in recent technology. The outcome of the course is how you implement in all those things in your final year project. All the extracurricular activities are to be conducted by our department.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, the worst management.
Placements: The college offers zero placement support. There is no active placement cell, no campus recruitment and no effort to connect students with companies. Final year students are left to find jobs on their own which creates unnecessary stress. But career guidance and industry exposure are completely missing. If you are joining this college, be prepared to manage your job search independently. For placements, this college is not a reliable option. There are zero placements, and no recruitment drives, and no career support.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average at best, with some outdated facilities. The hostel and mess food are the worst parts unhygienic, repetitive, and often inedible. Many students prefer eating outside. There is also very little focus on student development or industry exposure. If you're considering this college, be ready to handle your career independently and compromise on basic campus life quality. The infrastructure and labs are decent. The infrastructure is average, but the food in the hostel is terrible.
Faculty: Most faculty members lack proper experience, and teaching quality is very poor. Classes are often irregular and unproductive. The paper corrections are careless and unfair, causing unnecessary stress for students. There is no proper guidance, and students are left to struggle on their own. I would not recommend this college to anyone serious about their future.
