I am dissatisfied with the quality of food, staff members and infrastructure.

Placements: About 70% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered to the students is Rs. 60,000 per month. A top recruiting company visited our campus for placements is Wipro. About 30% of the students from our course got an internship. Our college offers courses like electrical, electronics, civil, mechanical, IT and CSE.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. I do not recommend anyone to join this campus. Students have to walk so many miles to come out for an outing. Our college is not safe for girls. Our college will urge to pay a fee, but the look and maintenance of the college are very bad. There is no labour, no staff and no warden at this institution. The lab is very bad. There is no entrance gate. The campus is not clean. The infrastructure of the hostel is the worst. The quality of the food served is very bad, and some students went to hospital daily.

Faculty: Our college has a few staff members. Faculty members teaching was not good, and we cannot understand the topics. Compared to other institutions, our college did not provide more placements. In the year 2011, the regulations were worst. Our college cannot improve students knowledge. Everything is good here, but if a boy and girl talks, then they put fine and suspended them for a month.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in electrical.

I am absolutely satisfied because of well teaching and good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: About 70% of the students from our college got placed. The salary package offered in the placements is in between 3 LPA to 30 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Wipro, TCS and Infosys. Top roles offered in our course are manager, etc. Students should have CGPA of 6.5 and above to attend placements. Approximately 50% of the students got internships in companies like Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available here, and the labs are well facilitated. Classrooms are well ventilated and comfortable to study. The library has a vast collection of books, and almost all types of literature are available. The food served is the worst. Medical facilities are available, and our college is also good in terms of sports and games. The hostel is very good.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful, qualified, knowledgeable and friendly. Their teaching quality is very good. The course is curriculum relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Most of the students got placed in the campus placements. Educational quality is very good here.

Other: I have chosen this course because I have the interest to be an engineer, and in the future, everything depends on the electricity. I wish that the syllabus could be changed. Scholarships are available. Every extracurricular activity is conducted here.

Students here have really good opportunities to explore their knowledge and to get placed.

Placements: To say about placements, it is good and fair. As the IT sector has fallen down since the past few years the choice of students of getting placed has reduced when compared to past few years. But minimum 50% of the students will get placed. The placement cell in our college is quite helpful in making us face the challenges, but when compared to our senior batch the percentage of students placed has increased about 10%. The companies that visited our college are Byju's, Wipro, Systech, Capgemini, Mind Tree, Indus Software and some other core companies. The maximum salary package is offered by Byjus, and it is about 9 lacs per annum. About 5 students have got placed in Byjus, and the minimum salary package is offered by Indus Software.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good. There is no Wi-Fi facility for students as usage of mobile is strictly prohibited except for final year students. All the labs are provided with air conditioner, but the faculty members are responsible for the operation of air conditioners which is in repair condition for most of the time. The staff must take action to solve this issue. Medical facilities are quite good that they arrange a vehicle to take the person to the nearby hospital. Sports and games are not considered important as much as education.

Faculty: The teaching methods of some teachers are quite good such that they are capable enough to teach an IIT student but some others are exactly opposite. The student to faculty ratio is 20:1 and we are exposed to various visits like NLC, Koodangulam and a long industrial visit to Kerela. It would be much better if Anna University takes some steps to update the syllabus accordingly for the current technology.

Other: The fee collected by the institution is about 1.5 lacs per annum which are about thrice the fees declared by the government.
