Satisfied with the placement, infrastructure. However, faculty needs to be improved.
Placements: The placements are reasonable. Bunch of IT companies come every year, but core companies for mechanical, and civil do not come by any chance. It's a tier 3 college, so don't expect to get the big 4 companies to come for placement. You can expect good IT companies like Infosys, Prodapt, Zoho, Tech Mahindra to arrive and students do get placed in these companies. I have been placed in Infosys. To attend placement drives of these good companies, you should not be having any arrears (backlogs). However, for arrear students, banking and BPO companies will be coming at the end of the final year. The placement cell here is very good and supporting. Last year, out of 650 students, roughly 429 got placed, but it includes the BPO and banking companies which have lower salary range. The good companies that I mentioned above provide 3.5- 4 LPA or more upto 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Firstly, the campus is small but has good ground for sports. All labs are well-equipped according to the requirements. The classes are spacious and good. There's no AC. The library is well-maintained with books of all kinds from subject books to the journals and periodicals. I'll rate the mess food as average for which you have to pay Rs.12,000 per year and it is compulsory since its a Jain college, no non-veg is allowed inside the campus. Hostels are good with well-maintained water supply and electricity. There's no free Wi-Fi on the campus and this can be an issue for somebody like me.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified enough, but the quality of teaching isn't impressive. Only a few have that passion for teaching, others just teach to earn. PPTs are well used for teaching. The industry exposure is very limited. More focus is given on getting marks rather than learning. Yearly, there are 2 to 4 industrial visits. Since the college is affiliated to Anna University, the syllabus prescribed by Anna University is followed which I believe, is outdated.
Other: Yearly, cultural events are held with mediocre celebrity guests and good organising. Every department held a symposium on different dates.

Other: My College life is awesome. There is much to do in the college.
Thus, I love it a lot.
Regarding the fee, it is quite less compared to many other colleges in and around Chennai.
Coming on to crowd and campus life, it is all upto the student to use the maximum resources of the college.
My campus has a various facilities like a football court, running track, library, smart rooms, AC, auditorium, etc.
Students are also given many opportunity like playing after college, gym facility is also available .
Last but not the least, placements here are not to big neither a big package is expected.
But mark my words, if you have the right skill-sets, you are the perfect candidate, and you can sit for any job interview.
I welcome every one to come and join my college.
