Faculty of Engineering, University of Lucknow: A Good choice.

Placements: 1. Placement drive is yet to begin. But companies like HCL and TCS have started visiting for counselling sessions. 2. Students have got internships in HCL, ISRO, DLW VARANASI, RDSO, AAI, etc. from the University. 3. Every student got internships with the help of the Training and Placement Cell. 4. As an additional subject programming in VHDL is also being taught as a subject.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-equipped with modern architecture and facilities including Smart Boards Classrooms. The Labs are fully equipped with all modern and essential equipment. Each and every Lab is fully equipped unlike most of the Government Colleges. You will find every required equipment in the Laboratories. The Hostel facility is very good and is within the campus about 100m from the Faculty of Engineering. The food is nice and the Sports Facility is very good. You may choose sport as per your choice and liking.

Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and experienced faculty. All the faculty members are helpful. Doubt clearing sessions are held on a regular basis by the faculty members. The course curriculum is a bit deviated from the other AKTU colleges. But it is sufficient for the students at the end.

Other: Lucknow University is one of the oldest State University of Uttar Pradesh and is nearly 100 years old. Keeping in mind the legacy of the University of Lucknow I chose to be a part of it. The Faculty of Engineering University of Lucknow organizes an Annual Fest every year in Feb- March and involves around 40 colleges of Lucknow and around.

It has a bright future and educational development.

Placements: Around 50-60% of students placed in my course. The highest average package was 8 LPA, and the lowest average package was 6 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies were Vivo, Amazon, and Infosys. About 50% of students got internships at my courses in Vivo and Amazon.

Infrastructure: My college view and infrastructure were good and best for me. Each course had its separate department with all facilities. They had a well-stocked library, digital classrooms, canteen, labs, and sports area. The hostel facilities were available there.

Faculty: Teachers were very good and well-qualified. They taught very good and were very cooperative with students. They easily cleared the topics and our doubts. They were very friendly with students and tried to teach us new things. In my college, semester exams were conducted. Faculty was good.

Other: I want to become an engineer. That’s why I chose this course.
