Good faculty, affordable B.Com course with supportive teachers and active Campus.
Placements: Around 85 to 90% of students from my batch are placed successfully. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average stood at 6 to 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, and Accenture.
Infrastructure: The college has decent infrastructure with Wi-Fi, projectors in classrooms, and computer labs, but sometimes the internet speed is slow. The library is well stocked with books and journals. Medical facilities are available on campus, but for major issues, students need to visit outside hospital. Sports grounds are available, but not always well maintained.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in subjects like accounting, taxation, and economics. They explain concepts with real life examples, which helps in understanding commerce fundamentals better. The curriculum is relevant for both higher studies and industry needs, though it can include more practical exposure, like live projects. Exams are of moderate difficulty, and with proper preparation, most students pass easily.
Other: I chose B.Com because it provides a strong base in accounting, taxation and business management which is very useful for pursuing professional courses like CA, CS or MBA in the future.

Invest time in properly in college in this college.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in my B.Com program is truly impressive. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is 8 LPA offered in my course. The percentage of students who got internships in my course is 50%.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for my course and college are truly impressive. Facilities include Wi-Fi, computer labs, and good classrooms with whiteboards. However, this college does not provide hostel facilities for boys and girls.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, they literally guidance are much more impressive and good from there side is literally impressive. The semester exams in this college are not that much tough to get the back paper if your you are Regular student.

A place to discover your potential.
Placements: 60-70% of students from my batch got their placements. The highest package offered in our course is about 12 LPA. The average is around 7 LPA to 8 LPA. The lowest is 5 LPA. Even a lot of students got internships in big CA firms from our course.
Infrastructure: University of Delhi contains highly infrastructure colleges. In our college, there are libraries, a common room, canteen, grounds, sports complex, big and clean classrooms, computer labs, practical labs, Wi-Fi facilities, and many more facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members of our department are very knowledgeable. We have highly qualified professors. They help you a lot with problems in your subjects. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready for their future. Semester exams are moderate. You can easily pass it if you study properly. The passing percentage of B.Com at Delhi University (DU) is 63%.

I am absolutely fine with the college faculty members and the good environment.
Placements: Students should score 8 CGPA and above to get placed. Placements in our college are not so good but it is okay. The college faculty members need to do something about placements because this is the only thing in which students face a problem. It is very necessary to get placements for students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is good. There is no hostel facility in my college. It also provides good facilities like a library, playground, water, etc. It provides a library, which is very helpful for students to concentrate and study.
Faculty: Teachers and all the staff members are helpful. They provide multiple courses that are beneficial. Although, exams are tough but good. The minimum marks required to pass are at least 40%. Overall, everything is good in our college. Faculty members are the best.
Other: I love to study commerce, so I chose this course. The course should have a little less syllabus and it is too broad. Events are good, and everyone enjoys the events of the college.

Top recruiters: Bajaj Finance, LIC, IndusInd Bank.
Only 25% students got internships till now.
Roles offered in B.Com are accounting, finance, taxation, and stock market.
Infrastructure: There is no facility of Wi-Fi for students, and classroom infrastructure is very damaged.
There is no hostel facility at Shyam Lal College, Delhi.
The canteen feels like homemade food.
Sports and games mainly focus on hockey, kabaddi, and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers were not helpful to students, but they are good qualified teachers.
Teachers are also knowledgeable in everything. But the teacher quality is not up to the mark with students.
