Studying zoology in MCC is a prestigious one.

Placements: Even though students don't get placed, our previous batch students work in reputed companies and in the government sector, where they are helpful to our students. Even the Madras Christian College is reputed college like IIT and NIT. The staff guides students to get the correct job.

Infrastructure: MCC zoology department is three times bigger than the Loyola zoology department. The college is about 360 acres with greenery environment. In the first year, there is no hostel facility, but from second year onwards there is hostel facility.

Faculty: Teachers here are PhD holders with great knowledge. They are prominent research scholars. Faculty here are friendly.

Other: MCC is a top-5 college in India and best college for zoology course in whole Tamil Nadu. A lot of Kerala people are also studied in MCC. There are a lot of new people from various places. For Tamil Nadu students the college provides scholarships but other states student fewer scholarships.

You might find there are stricter GSCE requirements with Zoology than for most university courses while at least a grade C at GSCE in core subjects like English, Maths and Science is a fairly average requirement, some universities might ask for a B at GSCE in Maths or science for Zoology courses.
