Such a marvelous experience at Miranda House.

Placements: I am very new, so I have no idea about placements. Since I am pursuing an Economics Major and History Minor, I am sure placements must be good. I have seen a lot of companies as placement activities are on, and final-year students are rushing for PI rounds daily.

Infrastructure: It might be impressive, as when I first came to the college for registration, I was like, wow, what a campus. I asked many of my friends too. All of them said the same. Hostel is good but has very few seats. Thus, those who apply early get it. Mostly, first-year students who get it initially hardly leave the hostel, as it is the cheapest and best option for outsiders.

Faculty: It's just been a month, and I have so far interacted with around 6–7 faculty members. All of them have been very supportive. Even during the orientation programme, they joined us. They made us get involved and took our introductions very positively. Exams, I am sure, won't be that tough. The passing percentage from Miranda House is almost 90%.

Other: The process to get into the society was fun, as every society conducted its PI rounds. So far, it has been fun, and I am certain that my best days at college are ahead of me.

My experience in Miranda House is really good. I love Miranda House.

Placements: Average package is about 10 LPA. As Miranda doesn't offer B.Com. So it is less attractive to the placement cell's interest. For the betterment of students, they organize regular seminars regarding cooperative jobs as well as civil services. I think Miranda's top offered course is Political Science Honours.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and classrooms are the best. Our campus is the cleanest. The hostel is for a limited number of students. They get admission on the basis of CUET scores. The hostel meals are quite unsatisfactory for hostelers. Sports at Miranda are the best in DU along with NCC.

Faculty: I love the faculty of Miranda House. They are really very helpful. As I didn't have a subject in my 11th and 12th but I have to study in my course which is tough for me, my teachers are so supportive. If I have a single doubt, they are always ready to help all students, even if they took tuition.

Other: Overall, I love to be a Mirandian.

My experience at Miranda House.

Placements: Miranda House serves as a platform for interaction between various companies offering to fulfil the career aspirations of students. These companies are amongst the most prestigious companies in different sectors, like Outlook, Urban Clap, and Thomson Reuters. Although I am a first-year student, I know a great deal about the placements that the students are offered.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are neat and clean, with most rooms having ACs. The library is also quite spacious. Ventilation is good. Apart from that, Wi-Fi also works pretty well. There are several Wi-Fi networks offered by the college. There are several sports offered, including NCC. The college has 3 canteens. The food in the canteens is also really good. The only negative thing is the limited number of hostel rooms.

Faculty: I am quite impressed with faculty in the college. They are very experienced and hold diverse opinions, which they like to share with the students. This makes studies more holistic and interesting. Miranda House offers a common syllabus, which is given by Delhi University.

The college is very much worth the experience. Great crowd and experienced faculty.

Placements: Tata Group, Deloitte, ZEE News, and McKinsey & Company have recruited students from the college. The average package is 9 LPA. The highest package is 24 LPA. Many students get internship opportunities in the first year as well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great, with air-conditioned classrooms. There is a ventilated library with two floors and books of all kinds. The myDU Wi-Fi is very weak and not available in most places, but the faculty Wi-Fi works. The hostel is also good, but it is based on merit and very difficult to get.

Faculty: Teachers are very experienced. They are well-versed in their fields. So, the teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant up to a certain extent. But it is high time to submit assignments in online documents instead of pen-and-paper mode.

Miranda Review- The Heart of North campus.

Placements: Quite a few students receive placements in Miranda House every year. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, YN, and Google. Top roles include consulting, teaching, data analysis, finance, and marketing. The highest internship offered is 19.5 LPA. Miranda is great in terms of internships and placements.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are AC-installed. Wi-Fi works decently but not very well. Labs and digital resources are good. The library looks ancient but is quite resourceful and helpful for students. The canteen food is good quality as well as taste-wise. It is reasonably priced. However, the hotel has very limited no of seats.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and resourceful. They're friendly and enthusiastic to teach. They're approachable and open to doubt-solving. Academics are great and competitive. The curriculum is quite relevant and appropriate. Semester exams are reasonably difficult.

Other: I chose my course because I really wanted to study economics. Everything is great.

Opportunities provided at Miranda House are exceptional.

Placements: Miranda House placements cell runs people who are smart and intelligent and therefore they ensure that maximum students of our college are placed. Our placements in economics are definitely the top, and nearly 70 percent of students of our programme are placed every year. Median package offered at campus placements for our programme is around 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: The lawn next to our principal office is so beautiful and students are seen sitting and chilling there during the break. Our campus has separate blocks for Science and Arts, and the Arts block is definitely better than the Science one. Some classrooms are AC while some aren't. Hut areas are also there at our campus, and thus we don't have to sit under the sun during noon.

Faculty: This is the best thing as all our faculty members are excellent in the domain they teach us. Both the domains of my course, which are history and economics, have exceptional faculty members. I always wanted to study economics, and that was the prime reason for me choosing this course. DU exams are generally quite easy and hence the passing percentage is always very high.

Other: Our annual event Tempest is the hottest event of DU. The crowd is definitely the best and many Bollywood movies and series have been shot at our campus.

Beautiful happening campus and people.

Placements: The average placement package for our college is around 7 Lacs. But mostly all the placed students are from economic honors. Although there are opportunities for other courses as well, mostly economics. For B.A., there are no subject-oriented recruiting placements as such, but there are several recruiters like Namo Modi, AAP, and Godrej as well.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the building of the college are beautiful. The hostel is also aesthetically pleasing and nice The library is big and spacious. There are perfectly functional labs as well as study centres for pwd students. The Wi-Fi is working in the labs. There are 3 available food eating places within the college with reasonable prices and good food. There is also medical room as well as student councillor.

Faculty: The teachers are nice and helpful, but it is your luck. Curriculum and attendance policies are strictly followed as per the university guidelines. The level of exams is reasonable. Teachers are well qualified, and if you want to pursue research or civil services, you will find teachers to be very helpful.

Other: The crowd is amazing. You will meet nice people, and it will overshadow any kind of shortcoming. Provides ample opportunities to improve as several societies and clubs. Internships as well as scholarships are also provided by the university. Although it can improve a lot in items of infrastructure and management, it is still nice. Only this can be expected from a government college.
