You will get wonderful real-life exposure in the college.
Placements: The placements offered are average or less than the expectation, especially in my branch, that is civil engineering the placements are less in number and are of low significance. The highest placement offered was 23.75 lacs and the average package was around 8 lacs with a median package of around 7.55 lacs. The placement in the circuital branches is somewhat more optimistic and seems relevant. The average packet in these branches lies between 15 to 20 lacs.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is top-notch. The hostel facility is very well maintained, clean, and synchronized. The labs have somewhat outdated equipment but these lab classes are being designed in such a way that these sessions are quite interesting and happening. The Wi-Fi facility is available only in the academic area of the campus. In the hostel, the internet is made available via LAN cables.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly qualified and are helpful in every academic sense they provide high-quality industry-relevant content. The curriculum is somewhat outdated but is planned to be updated shortly. The exams are held periodically that is two times in a semester. The exams are easy to pass with less practical application. College life is quite hectic with average class hours ranging between 24 to 33 hours a week.
Other: I preferred college over a branch. College life here is quite easy and adaptive for somebody new. There are several clubs and associations in which a student can take part. Some of the clubs are not that active but the others are active and provide valuable insights of their respective domains. There are two major fests in the college that are, the Sphinx And The Blitz.

We have to work very hard to succeed.
Placements: Placements offered in my branch of civil engineering are generally average and often fall below expectations. Few opportunities are available, and those that do exist tend to lack significance. Notably, the highest package offered is 23.75 LPA, and the average package offered is 8 LPA. The median package is 7.65 LPA. In contrast, the outlook for placements in circuital branches appears somewhat more promising, with average packages ranging from 15-20 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is top-notch. The hostel facility is very well-maintained, clean, and synchronised. Labs have somewhat outdated equipment, but the lab classes are being designed in such a way that these sessions are quite interesting and happening. Wi-Fi is available only in the academic area of the campus in a hostel. The internet is made available via LAN cables.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are highly qualified and helpful in every academic sense. They provide high-quality and industry-relevant content. The course curriculum is somewhat outdated but is planned to be updated soon. Exams are held periodically, two times a semester. Exams are easy to pass with less practical application. College life is quite hectic with average class hours ranging between 22 to 33 hours.
Other: I had preferred college over branch. College life here is quite easy and adaptive (for someone new). There are several clubs and associations in which a student can take part. Some clubs are not that active, but others are active and provide valuable insights into their respective domains. There are only two major fests in the college, that are Sphinx and Blitz.

The college facilities are great.
Placements: Placements offered are average or above average specially in my branch that is civil engineering. When compared to other colleges, placements are more optimistic. The highest package offered is 24 LPA and the average package is 10 LPA. Moreover, students go for higher studies in IITs and foreign institute. The top recruiting companies are Aditya Birla and LNT. The placement percentage is around 70%.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is great. The hostel is mostly new and well-maintained. Lab facilities are new and well-equipped. The internet facility is provided in the hostel via LAN cable. The mess food is mostly not good in taste but is hygienic and freshly served. There is a central dispensary that provides first aid to injured students. There are many sports facilities but they are not well-maintained.
Faculty: Mostly all teachers are highly educated and knowledgeable. They provide useful insight into their respective domain. The course curriculum was modified 2 years ago and includes all the important subjects needed at the present time. Semester exams are easy to pass with a less practical approach. Most students pass the examinations but there is also a certain percentage of students who fail in the examination.
Other: I chose this course in this college because the civil branch in this college provides in-depth practical knowledge and also provides a fruitful chance for personal development. Facilities are phenomenal. Sports facilities can be improved a lot and moreover, students' development cell needs improvement. There are 2 prominent fests on campus such as Sphinx and Blitz.

The placements are not good and have to work hard.
Placements: The placements in my college especially in my branch that is civil engineering are quite low. The highest package offered is 23 LPA which is given by an investment firm (that is non core company). The median package is around 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are LNT and Birla Group. Almost 40 to 50% of students get placed every year.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is fantastic. The hostel provides proper hangout areas to the students. Wi-Fi facility is available only in the academic section of the college. The internet facility is provided via LAN cables to the hostel rooms. There is a central canteen and a night canteen for the boys as well as girls in which they can acquire good and tasty food. There is also a centralized dispensary that provides the needed medicine and first aid to the injured people.
Faculty: All the faculty members and professors are quite knowledgeable and highly qualified. They provide valuable insights about the respective domains. The curriculum here at MNIT is mostly relevant but there is still scope for improvement. The exams are held two times in approach, that are mid-semester and the end-semester. Almost the entire class passes this examination. The examinations are easy to pass with less practical approach.
Other: I have chosen college over branch of the college. The college is quite good and provides wonderful opportunities. It provides good connections with the alumni as well as the tech recruiters. There is still a chance of improvement in the course curriculum. There are prominent fests on the campus that are The Blitz and Sphinx.

Review of MNIT Jaipur - Malaviya National Institute of Technology.
Placements: In civil engineering, almost 45 students get placed with the average package of 8 LPA. Mostly, students get placed in the non-core companies. The highest package ranges from 30-40 LPA. Internships are provided mostly in the cement industries like Aditya Birla.
Infrastructure: There are two girls' hostels in our college with two messes. The food quality is not so good but it is just like other hostel. LAN is available in the hostel. Sports like table tennis, yoga room, TV room for studies and computer centers are provided.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful The quality of teaching at a college depends on the qualifications, experience, and dedication of the faculty members. In most reputed institutions, teachers are well-qualified, often holding postgraduate or doctoral degrees in their respective fields. Their teaching effectiveness depends on factors like their ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students in discussions. They also provide practical insights. The relevance of the course curriculum is crucial in determining whether students are prepared for industry challenges.
Other: Fests are conducted two times a year 1st is a tech fest and the other is a cultural fest.

A valid JEE Main rank is mandatory for getting admission in any NIT in India. So without JEE Main exam you can not get admission in MNIT Jaipur. Further minimum 75% aggregate marks in 12th with PCM are another requirement for NIT admission. So plan accordingly.

Hi, The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is shiksha’s college predictor. After that just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose private colleges like BITS Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotias, Sharda, LPU and Nirma. So go for it.

I want to clarify that MNIT is a govt college & your possibility of getting admission here is next to impossible due to fewer marks in 12th standard. Admission here is granted by JEE mains rank, which is decided by both- marks in JEE mains & percentage in 12th Standard.
