My Dream Which come true in form of my College.

Placements: I am currently studying in B. Teach and my branch is Production and Industrial Engineering. Around 70% of students get the placement in my course. The highest package of my course is 33LPA. 50% of students got internships from my course in companies like Tata, and Mahindra.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course/department is very awesome as it provides all the facilities a student needs. Wi-Fi facilities are available all over the campus, classes, labs, and library. Our hostel has all the basic and necessary facilities and the mess food is really and nice and hygienic. There is a badminton court, table tennis room, and carrom boards to play.

Faculty: The faculty of our college are well qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. They teach really well and explain each and every topic really well. All the courses in my branch are relevant to our field and they develop all the qualities and skills a student needs. The semester exams are of moderate level the pass percentage is around 35%...

Other: I am interested in management and core mechanics such as automobiles, car engines, etc. The best thing about my course is it provides a brief knowledge of industries and management. One thing that I wish to improve in my course is it should include the automobile subjects in its curriculum. There are two fests in our college one is a cultural fest that is cultural and the other is a technical fest which is Aviskar which is held in November.

You can take admission here if you want a good crowd and academics.

Placements: The placement records of this college are excellent. It comes in the top 5 NITs for placement. The highest package of 72 Lacs is given in Computer Science and Engineering, and this branch has an average package of 25-26 Lacs. While the overall average package is 14-16 Lacs, that is excellent.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure contains both new and old buildings. Some buildings have new infrastructure. Some classrooms have modern equipment like projectors and screens with AC facilities, while some classrooms are old, just have fans. The same applies to hostels; some are old, and some are new. The new hostels are well maintained.

Faculty: The faculty are well qualified and good, but the course is a little old. Some professors do not teach well; they just read out the PPTs, while some are very good at teaching and very supportive. The semester exams are of average level if you study regularly, but you will feel that some topics are not relevant to your course.

Other: The course is good, although it is old. Some of the things are not relevant.

All about MNIT and its good placement.

Placements: About 70 percent of the students are placed in our college, and in my course, almost 40 to 50 percent got placed. The highest package is 12 Lacs per annum, and the lowest is 6 Lacs per annum in my branch. Many MNCs come into our college to recruit students. In my batch, 2 students got internships. Consultancy companies hire more students.

Infrastructure: In our college, the infrastructure is nice, and there are lots of facilities available, like proper Wi-Fi in our hostels, a well-maintained library, and well-maintained classrooms. The food that we get in our hostel is also okay, especially for the girls. Yes, there is a night canteen available, and proper ambulance and dispensary services are available. Sports facilities are also available.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very knowledgeable, well-qualified from good institutes, and are actually very helpful. They teach well, but sometimes we have to learn by ourselves. Yes, the curriculum of our course is good for learning many things. Our semester exams are quite tough to score in, and the passing percentage is 33.3 percent.

Other: I chose this course just because of my percentile in JEE Main. But when I learned about this course, it was quite interesting and helpful as well. Of course, in our college, there is a technical event called AVISHKAR, where we can participate and learn a lot of different things. There's also a cultural event called CULRUV, which you will enjoy the most. Additionally, the top 5 students in our branch will get a scholarship of 10,000. And yes, there are many communities and clubs where you can participate and develop your skills.

It is one of the best colleges but you should try to avoid the ultra low branches.

Placements: The placements are top notch. CSE of this college is often compared with top 3 NITs, it gives an average package of approximately 25 LPA. For production, it is quite decent as it provides enough opportunities. The average seems to be very less in recent years which may be due to recession.

Infrastructure: Hostels at MNNIT Allahabad are well-equipped with basic facilities. There is no wi-fi, instead there is a LAN connection. The mess is decent. It is green and the views are extraordinary sometimes. It has a very humid weather. Infrastructure is average and requires work, though the classes are as per basic requirements.

Faculty: This is a very easy course compared to the others. The teachers appointed are experienced. Resources are eligible for self study. In fact, we should explore as it provides decent amount of extra curricular activities and has good coding culture. Exam papers are set by the professors here.

MNNIT Allahabad: A Student’s Review.

Placements: Production and Industrial Engineering branch offered by Department of Mechanical Engineering is a branch which focuses on making an engineer professional in Industries and manufacturing fields. In production branch, 80% student have been placed which is the highest among all the branches. Out of 33 eligible students, 29 students got jobs (placements season is still ongoing). Students got placed in both core and non-core jobs like software, analyst, and consultancy.

Infrastructure: This is the part where the institute lags behind. The infrastructure of the Department of Mechanical Engineering is not up to the mark but the good thing is that it is being worked on and soon we can look at better facilities. The Hostel is very well maintained with all the facilities such as water coolers, geyser, lift, generator and all the essential items available.

Faculty: The faculty is helpful and well known in their field of study. They are interested in doing their work and show passion towards their job. Production and Industrial Engineering can be understood as an Evergreen branch of engineering as you can't think of a time in the near future where industries won't exist. The exams are a little bit difficult but that's just to improve you, your abilities and skills.

Other: I can't say much about the campus life but the hostel life is crazy. You can find students jamming with guitars in the back garden at night (12-4 am) and everyone is welcomed. The birthday boys get GPL a lot so you gotta be careful.
