M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering

There are a total of 9 seats available in M.Tech CSE programme at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology. Aspirants are offered seats based on their GATE score. Candidates can also appear for MIET Entrance Test for admission in the M.Tech programme. Selected aspirants have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

Candidates who have passed BE/ BTech with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for M.Tech at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology. Aspirants should hold relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Besides, aspirants must have a valid score in GATE or MET for admission.

Model Institute of Engineering and Technology offers admission to candidates based on their entrance exam scores. Aspirants need to have a valid score in JKCET, JEE Main, CUET, etc. for admission to specific programmes. Candidates can also appear for MIET Entrance Test conducted by the institute. Hence, the institute does not offer direct admission. 

Candidates are offered admission to BTech through JEE Main score. However, it is not compulsory to have a JEE Main score. Aspirants can also get admission in BTech with JKCET or CUET-UG scores. Candidates can also appear for MIET Entrance Test or MET for BTech admission. Besides, aspirants must also fulfill the eligibility requirements to apply for BTech programme at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology. 

Model Institute of Engineering and Technology offers admission to most of the UG and PG courses based on entrance exam scores. The institute considers scores in national or state-level entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, JKCET, JEE Main, CUET-UG, etc. for admission to specific programmes. The institute also conducts MIET Entrance Test to select candidates for most of the UG and PG courses.

MIET Jammu admission process begins with the release of application forms. Eligible candidates have to fill out the application form and pay the application feed before the deadline. Applicants are then shortlisted based on their score in the relevant entrance exam.
