There are a total of 9 seats available in M.Tech CSE programme at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology. Aspirants are offered seats based on their GATE score. Candidates can also appear for MIET Entrance Test for admission in the M.Tech programme. Selected aspirants have to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

No, aspirants cannot get admission at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology without entrance exam scores. Aspirants are shortlisted for MCA based on their CUET-PG or MIET Entrance Test scores. Candidates need to pass JKCET, JEE Main or CUET for BTech, GATE for M.Tech and CAT, MAT or CMAT for MBA programmes. The institute also accepts scores in CLAT for admission to BBA LLB (Hons) and LLB (Hons). 

Candidates are shortlisted for admission at Model Institute of Engineering and Technology based on their entrance exam scores. The selection for MCA is merit-based. Selected candidates have to report at the campus with specified documents for verification. Below is the list of required documents:

• Graduation marksheet (only for MBA/ MCA/ MTech/ LLB (Hons)
• Print of scorecard of CAT/ MAT/ other entrance exam
• Provisional Certificate, Character Certificate, Migration Certificate (for all students)
• Domicile (for Engineering course compulsory)
• One photograph of both the parents (Mother & Father) and two photographs of students
• Aadhaar Card and copy of both the parents (Mother & Father) and student
• Print of application and acknowledgement of MIET registration form
• Print of JKCET application and receipt/ acknowledgement (only for students applied for JKCET)
• 3 affidavits attested from any notary e.g. Course/ Tehsil with e-stamping
• Resume for interaction and interview purpose (only for students appearing in CUET, MIET Entrancw Test and MBA + Interview)
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• GAP Certificate (if applicable)
