The Institute offers four years of full-time BFTech in Apparel Production. Lateral entry to this course is also available. The admission process for this course includes the General Ability Test (GAT), it is a part of the NIFT Entrance Exam. Moreover, to be eligible for this course, the candidate must be a Class 12 pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or equivalent from a recognized board.

National Institute of Fashion Technology Hyderabad offers a total of 5 courses which include MFM, M.Des, B.F Tech, M.F.Tech and B.Des with various specializations. NIFT Hyderabad B.Des is a 4 year long course. The eligibility criteria for the course is that students must have passed their 10+2 examination from any recognised board.

Eligibility criteria for admission to B.Ftech at National Institute of Fashion Technology Hyderabad:

• Passed the plus 2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of  examination from any recognised Central/State Board of  Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary  Education, New Delhi / Council for Indian School of Certificate  Examination, New Delhi with Physics and Mathematics.

Candidates applying for both B.F.Tech & B.Des will take an  entrance examination comprising of a General Ability Test (GAT)  and Creative Ability Test (CAT). For such candidates 2 separate  CMRs will be generated. One for B.Des Programme and one for  B.F.Tech Programme. 

B.F.Tech candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of General  Ability Test (GAT).

NIFT Bhopal offers numerous undergraduate courses, including BDes Fashion Technology and BDes Textile Design. Applicants who want to get admitted to BDes must take the NIFT Entrance Exam and then attend NIFT Entrance Exam Counselling., in accordance with the NIFT Bhopal cutoff 2023. To get admission into the MFM course, candidates must complete an undergraduate degree in any discipline from any institute/university that is recognised by law. Additionally, if candidates have completed its undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT/NID. 

Yes, NIFT Hyderabad does offer BDes courses for the duration of four years, divided into eight semesters, and offered in full-time mode. To get admissions into BDes courses, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 and must achieve valid scores in the entrance exam. NIFT Hyderabad accepts the NIFT entrance exam for BDes courses, which is a combination of the CAT and GAT exams.  Further, shortlisted candidates are required to appear in a studio test, followed by a PI. 

NIFT 2025 cut off list will include details like the opening and closing ranks of candidates for each participating institute and category. Among the various categories for which the cut-off would be released include General, SC, ST, OBC-NCl, Domicile, and PwD categories. The candidate needs to consult the cut-off for their respective categories for the programme they are seeking admission to.

The opening rank is the highest rank for which the seat has been allocated. On the other hand, the closing rank is the minimum rank for which admission is allocated. Only such candidates who secure a rank equal to or higher than the closing rank will get admission.

The candidate will need the following documents to participate in the NIFT counselling process: Class 12/ degree mark sheet and certificate. Further, if the candidate is seeking admission to the PG course, then the candidate will also have to upload mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying degree examination.

In case of candidates who have appeared for the qualifying exam/ compartment (of final year/semester) and the result is due need to upload the date sheet /admit card for the examination.
