- The JAC Delhi 2026 round 2 seat allotment result for admission to the BE/BTech and BArch courses will be released on Jul 1, 2026 (After 5 PM).
- The MAT 2026 September session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is Sep 7, 2026, with the exam scheduled for Sep 13, 2026. For CBT mode, the last date to register is Sep 14, 2026, for the exam taking place on Sep 20, 2026.
- The UCEED 2026 Round 4 seat allotment results have been released for admission to the BDes course. The last date to pay the seat acceptance fee has been extended to Jul 3, 2026.
- The CUET UG 2026 exam result for admission to several UG courses has been released.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
- The CUET PG results are declared for admission to various PG-level courses. The counselling is conducted separately by each participating institution.
- The GATE 2026 exam has been concluded for ME/MTech/PhD admission.

NSIT offers many different courses to students wanting to get admission. Aspirants can pursue both UG and PG levels course depending on their qualifications and academic requirements. If your Class 12 marks were only 60%, it is very difficult to get into NSIT for a B.Tech programme unless you are in one of the reserved categories.
For B.Tech admission, NSIT has very high cut-offs based on JEE Main rankings.Cutoffs for General category students typically fall below rank 2000, requiring a JEE Main score of 99+ percentile.
The cut-off ranks for reserved SC, ST, and OBC categories are less than 10,000, necessitating a 95+ percentile.
Therefore, earning 60% on your 12th board exam is insufficient. You need to have a very high JEE Main rank.
The eligibility requirements of 60% are merely the minimum. The 12th grade is not directly taken into account for admission by NSIT.To have a chance in the General category with 60% in the 12th grade, you would need a JEE Main rank below 500.
