PGIMER MSc Nursing Exam Pattern Details
PGIMER MSc nursing exam pattern will help the aspirants prepare for the MSc nursing exam in a structured manner. The PGIMER MSc nursing exam is a 90-minute exam and applicants have to reach the allotted exam centre as per the mentioned reporting time. No applicant will be allowed to leave the examination hall without completing 90 minutes of the maximum time allotted to them. PGIMER MSc nursing will be held in online mode (CBT). The applicants will be allotted computer systems at the exam centre with a one-time login and password. All the responses marked by the applicant will be recorded automatically into the systems.
There will be 100 questions in the question paper in English language. The aspirant will have to choose the correct answer out of the four options. In case of any issue regarding the understanding of any question or any doubt regarding the question paper, the candidates can ask for assistance from the invigilator. There will be questions from topics like Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetric Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Nursing Foundations, Nursing Research, and General Knowledge.
The marking scheme of PGIMER MSc nursing will help the applicants in determining their performance in the entrance exam. The applicants will get one mark for every right answer and 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Zero marks will be given for every un-attempted question. There question paper will carry 100 marks in total.

The institute has not announced the fees for the AY 2025-26. When PGIMER will announce the fee, students will be able to pay it using debit or credit card. Last year, the application fee for this course was INR 1,500 for the general and OBC categories and INR 1,200 for the SC/ST category.
