Yes, IISc Bangalore, the organizing institute of GATE 2024 has introduced a new subject - Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA). The syllabus for GATE 2024 DA paper can be downloaded from the website. Last year, Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (combined) and Geomatics Engineering were added as the new subjects. GATE exam is conducted for Master of Engineering (ME), Masters in Technology (M.Tech) and direct Ph.D. admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and other institutes or universities across India. It also opens the gateway to PSUs and the field of research.
