My college is the best in infrastructure. Many sports festivals are held in my college.
Placements: Guess 76 percentage students are placed and the highest placement was 25 LPA and minimum was 12 LPA. Top companies are coming to my college, and companies like ONGC, GAIL, and HAL have come to the campus. Many companies come to the campus, so this college is very nice and very well-placed.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very good. Their Wi-Fi and labs are very well. Classrooms are very systematic and have a very good environment. The faculty is the best, and sports are very good with many opportunities. The canteen is good because their food is very tasty.
Faculty: Faculty are good and all are Ph.D.-qualified professors, so they teach very well and their nature is good and very helpful. Many students are doing some work in green hydrogen. Semester examinations are moderate and relatively marked.
Other: Many types of events are held in my college.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of no exposure.
Placements: Placement is not good for tech branches. First batch of CSE passed out last year and very few companies visited our campus. Majority of students get hired off campus. We are also facing issues for internship because companies are not coming for internship.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good. Hostel is also well maintained. Every room is two person sharing. Mess food is also decent. But the campus size is very small and located in rural area. Some buildings are under construction. There is not any proper playground.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good and supportive but not all. Curriculum is also good. They just force for attendance. If you want to study you can do by yourself. Majority of students study from YouTube just one day before exam. There are two exams held in a semester. One is mid semester and another is end semester.
Other: I have chosen my course as per current demand.

Great infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Placement scenarios at RGIPT can be classified into 2 further categories: one is for tech branches (CSE, IT, MnC, CSD, ECE, EV) (given that I am considering ECE/EV as teach branches for once), and the other is for core branches (PETROLEUM, CHEMICAL). So to be clear, placements for Core branches are going great for all big recruiters like SHELL, IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, etc. We are picking up the students at a decent rate, and on the other hand, we actually don't have any clarity on the placement of non-core students as the first batch will be graduating this year only.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is far better than many of the other CFTIs (centrally funded technical institutes). Hostels are allotted to first-year students, are newly made, and are best at their infrastructure. You will find all the basic necessities, like water coolers, automatic washing machines, LAN cables, and Wi-Fi. Both facilities are there 24 hours a day. entire campus works on solar power, so I have hardly faced a power cut for more than 2–3 minutes. Labs are up to date; we even have 3D printers of both large and small scale, and they are managed very nicely. Classrooms and libraries are the best because of their AC and high-speed internet connections. Mess quality is decent; you will love it initially, but with time you will get bored. The health centre is there on campus, and you can find most of the sports on our campus, whether indoors or outdoors.
Faculty: We have great faculty; the majority of them have done their postdoctoral work at IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIT BHU. We even have 2 professors from Harvard University. Talking about curriculum on paper, it is entirely industry-oriented, but the hard reality of most of the reputed colleges is that you need to study them on your own. The faculty will be supportive if you'll take your queries to them. The difficulty of semester exams is somewhat similar to other CFTIs. Passing CPI for B.Tech is 5 points, and that for M.Tech is 6 points.
Other: Our college organizes three annual fests, including KALTARANG (cultural fest), ENERGIA (sports fest), and URJOTSAV (a technical fest). They are great experiences with an amazing crowd from the nearby government colleges including IIT K and IIT BHU.

It is a very good college for JEE advanced students.
Placements: Our courses have been started this year so there are no statistics for the placements. The top recruiters of our college are ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, Torrent, Reliance, Adani Gas, Byjus, etc. Almost all the students get internships in our college. In the first semester, they also taught C, Python, and Matlab to the students.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the campus are good as compared to the other IITs. This college is new, and it has all the modern facilities. Wi-Fi speed is around 1 Gbps, and classrooms are fully air-conditioned. The food served in the mess is average. Sports and games are also good in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and all of them are from the top institutes in the country and from many foreign institutes i.e some of them are from Harvard and Oxford. The course curriculum is relevant as told by our seniors. It makes industry-ready as the statistic of placements show. Semester exams are tough.
Other: I love coding and this college is giving admission through JEE advanced so, I chose this over all NITs. All things are better here in this course. Many events and different chapter events are held in this college.

This is an awesome college with a highly intellectual student pool. 
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed with top companies, including ONGC, HAL, and other PSU. Internships were offered to all students with the top internships, including Gail. Top course roles include data scientist, AI researcher, and many others.
Infrastructure: We are provided with Wi-Fi and the CSE labs which are excellent. The hostel facility is superb, with living quarters exceeding expectations. The food is excellent and extremely healthy. The food variety is also large and it is enriching. The library is open till late at night and contains many helpful books.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified with degrees from various IITs and foreign universities like Harvard and the University of Minnesota. Semester exams are up to standard. They are quite engaging and difficult. The course curriculum is highly structured and made according to industry standards.
Other: CSE is one of the top branches of the college and therefore the most sought after. Fests are held, and events are regularly organized, all for our benefit.

Q:   How can I get admission to the RGIPT BTech?

RGIPT BTech admission 2024 is entrance-based. The institute accepts the scores obtained by candidates in the JEE Advanced/ JEE Mains. Given below is the RGIPT BTech admission process:

STEP 1: Application Process 

Submit the application form online. Candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Jammu and, Kashmir are exempted from entering the Aadhaar number in the application form. However, they have to produce any Government-approved identity proof during the admission. The applicant shall follow the following application process:

Step 1.1: Register as a new student and proceed to login

Step 1.2: Pay the non-refundable RGIPT BTech application fees of INR 600 + INR 108 (Taxes) for SC/ ST/ PwD and female candidates and, INR 1200 + INR 216 (Taxes) for all other candidates.

Step 1.3: Fill in the personal information, address, contact details, academic details,  JEE Advanced/ JEE Mains details, bank details and, upload necessary documents.

Step 1.4: Submit the application form.

STEP 2: Selection Criteria

Candidates are shortlisted based on the JEE Advanced or JEE Mains scores. During the preparation of the merit list, preference will be given to JEE Advanced qualified candidates and, if seats remain vacant after completion of the seat allotment in regular rounds, then those vacant seats will be filled based on JEE Mains rank.

STEP 3: Seat Allotment

The institute declares the final merit list of candidates who are required to appear for the counselling process and,  pay the RGIPT BTech fees.
