Review of Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
Placements: I did a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry. I did not attend placements. But I think the average package ranges from 6-8 LPA. Some of my batchmates had done internships in the college lab itself and it was good. Our teachers are helpful in all these internship-related things.
Infrastructure: We have a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the college. I am pursuing Chemistry honours so I can tell that labs are really great. Classrooms are also good and we have a full AC library. The canteen food is average sometimes.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and well-qualified. They helped us in writing research papers and motivated us to write research papers. The quality of teaching is great. Semester exams are not that hard if we study. The passing percentage is 40% including internal marks.
Other: I chose this course because I like Chemistry. Good events and great fests are organised. We have a lot of well-known societies on our campus.

I am very satisfied with my college.
Placements: Not many placements are in Chemistry Honours. Like at the graduation level, we usually prefer going for further studies. Many companies do come for placements, and the average package offered is 8 LPA, which is normal at the B.Sc. level. Lab assistants are also there at this level.
Infrastructure: Facilities at the college are good. There are Wi-Fi facilities, a girls' common area, and a library, which is very good. The library is all digital and has many books. Classrooms are good and have well-maintained benches. A canteen and sports complex are there, and we have a common area for indoor games. The canteen is well-maintained.
Faculty: Teachers are highly educated and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. Almost all professors are nice in teaching, but one or two professors cannot deliver the knowledge to us. The syllabus is relevant, and labs are there on a regular basis. Semester exams are held, and the pass percentage is nearly 100%.
Other: I like Chemistry very much, so I chose Chemistry Honours, and to be honest, I am very satisfied with my college curriculum. But one professor is poor in teaching. Except that, everything is good. The annual fest, Mosaic, is held in February every year. Campus life is quite good, and many scholarships are there for single-child or economically weaker background, or physically disabled students. The campus is lush green and beautiful.

Satisfied with good practical knowledge, but could do a little better.
Placements: Cutoff for the general category, for B.Sc. Chemistry honours was 360/600 in my time. Students generally don't prefer placement in Chemistry just after a Bachelor's. Placement opportunities are very limited. There is the Gaudhan Research Lab, in collaboration with the Ministry of Dairy, Agriculture, and Fisheries. You could easily get an internship through college.
Infrastructure: Labs are A1. Classrooms are good, but do not have ACs; it is a major problem in the summer. College have their Wi-Fi facilities. The library is awesome. The collection of books is very good. Fully AC library, you can do self-study there. The hostel's infra is average, and the food is good. The canteen is so bad. Ramjas lacks canteen facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Others have done their post-graduation or Ph.D. from highly prestigious institutions like IISER, IIT, University of Cambridge, etc. The curriculum is relevant to IIT JAM or NET-JRF, but you need to do a little extra. IIT JAM Chemistry Air-1 was from Ramjas two years back. Sem exams are easy.
Other: I like chemistry, so I'm doing this course. The best thing is that you get to know about industrial life, you do internships at IITs or IISER with the help of the LOR of your professors. Fest is normal, Honey Singh came in 2018, campus crowd is okay, but a lot of politics too. You get many scholarships, too. Don't worry.

Review of Ramjas College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Ramjas placement cell is known as the pinnacle, and it helps many students every year to get jobs and internships of up to 8 lacs per annum. Students who get placed in my course are very few, but yes, in B.Com. and Math honors, there are many students who get 5 to 8 Lacs per annum placements. Top recruiting companies in which placements are done are Infotech, Google, Wipro, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, etc. The lowest packages are 3 Lacs per annum and the highest is 8 Lacs per annum. Internships in my course are a lot; anyone can join internships and can get a stipend up to 10k to 15k in Ramjas. Internship opportunities are very good in colleges of Delhi University.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college is very good; even fans facilities are there in every classroom, up to 5 to 6 ventilation is there. The libraries are very good in our college, fully furnished with every study material you want like notes, books, and previous year question papers as well. Classrooms are fully safe and clean and has maximum seat-to-seat and seats make you comfortable as well. Labs are there in Chemistry but no fans are there due to burning flames. But yes, soon AC will be there in every labs of chemistry, and you can make yourself free for summer in labs as well. All chemical are there with full safety measure. Canteen are good; you can sit there and have your food with full masti and food is also good at all. Hostels in Ramjas are good and our college takes 8,000 for hostel charges which include laundry, food, medical, etc. The hostel has beds, a study table, and an almirah.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our college, and they are even more qualified and friendly. They solve our doubts on the spot and have doubt-solving sessions as well. You can ask any question anytime to any teacher, and they will solve that for you. Teachers are highly qualified, and the quality of teaching is also up to the mark. This course is a reality check for those who thought chemistry was an easy subject because we have to stand 4 hours without any break at labs with no fans, so you can understand the struggle of us. This course can make you ready for future scientists or researchers. Semester exams are the easiest exams I have seen. Just listen to your teachers carefully; they will guide you properly about PYQ and competitive questions as well.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my keen interest in Chemistry in class 12. The best thing about the course is their labs with proper analysis and teachers. AC in labs can make life easier for most of the students, including me. Events and festivals are huge in Ramjas College. The name of Ramjas Fest is Mosaic, which is conducted every year in March or April. Big celebrities and singers are invited. Campus crowd is best during whole season, like selection dusu and fests, Diwali, Navratri, etc. Scholarships are there for which you have to apply, and your previous year marks matter in it. Eca-like societies are there like dance, music, NCC, NSS, debating, etc.

Exploring Ramjas: the underrated DU college.
Placements: Ramjas does have a placement cell, and anybody enrolled in any course of college in his last semester can apply for placement. The placement ratio is above 90% with an average package of 5.6 lacs per annum, with the highest package being 19.25 lacs. My course doesn't get many placement as it's a research-based course. So, only pharma companies recruits us. While commerce students does get placed in various companies such as Zomato, Deloitte, D.E Shaw, PWC, etc. As for internships, science students get only experience-based internships from laboratories as assistants, while if you have skills, you can apply for off-campus internships. DU has a vice chancellor internship scheme in which any DU student can apply .
Infrastructure: My college does look extraordinary and prestigious. The infrastructure is great for the new building. The college has Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work too well. We have chemistry, physics, computer, botany, and zoology labs, and they are operating with all basic needs. Classrooms have projectors, but only a few faculty use them, and we don't have AC in the classroom. The library has all the required books and facilities, such as a water cooler, Wi-Fi, etc. I couldn't get admission in a hostel, so basically I don't know much about it as I couldn't clear the cutoff for hostel allotment, as basically there are very few rooms in hostels. The infrastructure of the hostel is old. College doesn't have a medical room but if a student gets injured, they are taken to basic first aid and to the nearest hospital. The sports department is very popular at our college, as there are many medalist alumni from our college. Games such as cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, chess, table tennis, etc. are available, and competitions are held occasionally.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified with PhDs and they do have a lot of experience in teaching. Some of the faculty members are new to teaching but they are supportive and friendly towards us. The college administration is lenient towards attendance criteria so basically, from students point of view, its good. As for exams, they are conducted after every semester based upon new education policy We have to study for 7 subjects at the beginning: 3 core and 4 electives. Every subject has an internal assessment test conducted by subject teachers and also a practical exam conducted by du in which an external teacher takes a viva. The level of the exam is moderate to hard, and most of the students do pass, but some get backlogs if a paper comes too hard. It's not difficult to pass in DU.
Other: I couldn't clear the cutoff for mathematics honors, so I had to choose it as a second preference. The course is research-based so you can get into research after doing Masters or become a professor after a PhD. The college canteen can be improved, as it kind of gives dhaba vibes for now and the infrastructure is really bad for canteen. Ramjas hold mosaic fest in late winters; we have dance, music, debate, fine arts, etc. Society to involve in social interaction and connect to new people.

I thing Chandigarh University is best for MSC Chemistry. not only for studies but it is value for money and placement too. last year the highest L.P.A. was of 35L.p.a. So I think taking admission in CU is a kind of steal deal.
