Our college has good infrastructure with the best placements.
Placements: The highest salary package of 42 LPA is offered by Microsoft. About 75% of students get placed. A few of them get salary packages of more than 20 LPA. Most students get placed in companies with salary packages ranging between 10 LPA and 20 LPA. All students who get placed through mass recruitment get salary packages ranging from 1.5 LPA to 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our campus has a large playground for sports. The food is not great, but that's understandable as there are a lot of hostelites to be fed. Wi-Fi isn't up to the mark since it is very slow and doesn't often meet the expected speed.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and highly qualified. They find ways to make classes interactive. They assign us tasks to enable collaboration and teamwork. The current curriculum is relevant, and it helps in the aptitude and interview rounds of the placement process.

Pretty good life in this college.
Placements: Still in 2nd year and the placement for us is not yet started. But the college giving us placement courses from 1st year itself which is so helpful. 90% of the seniors are yearly placed from the college. The highest package 50 LPA and the lowest is around 4.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are microsoft, amazon, infosys etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, library and everything is available. The college really helps the student to get better every time. In hostel, mess is good and canteen is super clean. We also get free Wi-Fi connection from college which is really helpful and there are plenty of sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers are pretty good in here but some of them not that good but okey. The college only gives us important courses to study not too many subjects and not to less. And also the pass percentage in here is 95% every semester the exams are pretty good not to easy also.
Other: Artificial is booming now days and also in need to study more about AI.

College is average overall but in Bangalore it's good.
Placements: More than 35 students got placed last year in AIML. The lowest package is 2.5 LPA as I remember, and the highest package is 28 LPA (in AIML) last year. Microsoft, Adobe, and BELC were the top recruiters. Coming to internship, it's mandatory for all third-year students whether it's paid or unpaid.
Infrastructure: Labs are almost good. It has good desktops with good i7 processors in AIML lab and CAED lab is also good. Wi-Fi is not that fast and minimal browsing is possible. Classrooms on third floor have cracked walls not sure about other floors. Canteen is good but a bit expensive.
Faculty: Since I am in first year, faculty members are good in this and previous semester. Some of the lecturers are too harsh and some are too good. Some subjects like chemistry and mechanics inthe first semester don't make sense like I am in AIML. I don't think this subjects are relevant for me. Semester exams are not that tough and not too easy but evaluation depends on lecturers mood.
Other: There are 2 events per semester and sports are very often. But classes will not be cancelled because of events, you can join events after class. Also, clubs are available like challenges.

Life at Sahyadri and Campus Placements.
Placements: About 50% of the final-year students at our college have secured placements so far. The highest package offered was an impressive Rs 42 LPA, by a japanese company. While the lowest, offered by Teach Mahindra as part of their mass recruitment, stands at Rs3.25 LPA. The placement drives are still ongoing, with several renowned companies like Cognizant, Cohesity, Accenture, Infosys, Remedio, Novigo Solutions, L&T, and many more yet to come. The current average package is approximately Rs 7 LPA. The job roles available for students from my course include AI Engineer, Software Development Engineer, Web Designer, and Similar positions.
Infrastructure: The department of Artificial Intelligence and Machines Learning offers the best labs excellent systems for practical coding with AC. Our College provides Wi-Fi to every student. We do have a common library, you can get every textbook required for your subjects, but lacks at novels, fiction type of books. The hostel is pretty good. There are rooms for single person, two sharing beds and three sharing rooms. The food provided by mess is mediocre, you will eventually get bored. We do have a indoor game space. We have separate grounds for cricket and football.
Faculty: Teaching quality of our college is unmatched when compared to any college in Bangalore. The teaching faculty are all highly educated. The course curriculum is relevant to our course and the industry we are looking forward to. Although the course curriculum alone is not enough for students to be industry ready, we have a separate placement training department which helps in aptitude and coding. The semester exams have become easier after the college has become an autonomous institution. The pass percentage of AI & ML is 100%.. .
Other: I chose this course because it was trending in 2021 and matter of fact it still is one of the high paying jobs in 2025. We have several Technical and cultural fest like Sinchana, branchwise events, Smart India Hackathon, Aerophilia, Synergia, SSTH etc.
