Shyam Lal College (Evening) (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Shyam Lal College (Evening) admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 3: The University will release the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists in August for all categories. 

Step 4: Once candidates "Accept" provisionally allocated seat, the Shyam Lal College (Evening) will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Shyam Lal College (Evening) accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) programme at Shyam Lal College is a three-year undergraduate program. Admission to the course is available to 193 students. CUET result 2026 will be declared tentatively in first week of July 2026. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their CUET scorecard online when released. The link to download the CUET scorecard will be available at CUET results 2026. Candidates will be required to enter the login credentials to view the CUET 2026 scorecard online. CUET scores are used for admission to various universities/colleges that candidates has applied for while filling the application form. Candidates must download and take the print of the CUET 2026 results when released. CUET UG 2026 exam will be held from May 11 to May 31.
