SIT is the top college in KA.

Placements: There are around 15 students in the batch. Out of them, around 13 have been placed. The highest package is around 32 LPA and the lowest is 8 LPA. Oracle seems to be recruiting more. Data Analyst or Data Scientist are the top roles that can be chosen. 15% of the students in our course got internships. Microsoft was one of them, and I also remember a student getting an internship in Deloitte.

Infrastructure: Facilities are provided in SIT, like Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc. Coming to the infrastructure, the hostel rooms are a bit old but are clean enough for the students to stay. The mess food provided by the SIT hostel is good. They also have two canteens and a health center as well, so there's no need to worry about the facilities.

Faculty: The professors of SIT are top qualified and certified. The professors' way of teaching is also good and also friendly with the students (only a few). Teaching is more concentrated on the skills development of the students and getting them ready for the respective industry reality. Talking about Sem exams, the exams are standard. The pass percentage is about 78%.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a data analyst. The course is really good and the market value of this course is really high. SIT is mainly known for its campus life and the fests that take place.

It is one of the best engineering colleges in Karnataka.

Placements: This college provides good placements. The highest salary package offered was 46.54 LPA. Placement starts at the beginning of the 7th semester. The top recruiting companies are Twilio, Amazon, and Cisco. The top roles offered are software developer, tester, and data engineer.

Infrastructure: Our college provides high-speed Wi-Fi connection. This college has four boys' hostels. It also provides 2 girls' hostels. Our campus is surrounded by trees. The food quality is not good. Classrooms are well-maintained. Sports events are conducted in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified but they are very strict. Around 85% of attendance is mandatory. We have to attend classes so it becomes difficult to focus on other stuff like development and coding. The syllabus is updated to meet the industry's needs. Exams are conducted very well.

Other: This is one of the most demanding fields in the IT sector. Many clubs and societies are available in our college which help students for improving their soft skills.

Welcome to Siddaganga Institute of Technology.

Placements: The percentage of students got placed is 80%. The highest package offered is 33 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 6 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for colleges are Scalar, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and Intuit. Top roles offered are data analyst, data scientist, and intern positions.

Infrastructure: Facility and infrastructure of our college are very nice. There is a Wi-Fi facility available in our college in which a lot of students work and utilize the only resources. Lab is very clean and hygienic and the equipments are new. Library sells very well-structured books and all books are available. Hostel foods are very good and canteen is available on our campus and they also help in providing medical and sports facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified in Siddaganga Institute of Technology and they are all Ph.D. scholars. They are very knowledgeable and help students to give individual attention to clear all their doubts effectively. They also support and assist with the industrial requirements and the knowledge required for the industry. Exams are very difficult. However, the teaching is very good but have to implement the things which is much difficult. Pass percentage is also good with an average of nearly 70% to 80%.

Other: The reason for choosing this course is that nowadays, artificial intelligence is very trending and booming around the world. So, if you are studying Artificial Intelligence in our college it would be great for your career, and can have a work-life balance, with good placements. The best thing about this course is problem-solving skills, which will be in answers in our course. We can build many logics and explore many advanced algorithms that can be implemented to practical-world problems. Events are very good often.

Good placement, Proper infrastructure.

Placements: My batch strength is 60. The highest placement reported by senior is more than 30 LPA. The average salary is in between 6-7 LPA top roles offered are software engineer, Associate software engineer, data analyst etc. Some teachers are good some are sadist like. Infrastructure of the college is okay somehow old compared to other colleges under COMEDK. Fee structure is high .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is okay. It's little bit old. As the college in started in late 1950s Hostel is good rooms have proper space and essential needs for the students. There's a health centre for student in need. The quality of food in mess is okay .

Faculty: There are 2 internals and 4 quizzes in each semester. The difficulty level varies from branch to branch. Course curriculum in first year is not relevant. The pass percentage is 40%. Some teachers are helpful some are not. From 2nd year the course curriculum will be relevant .
