VESIT collge offers some scholarship programs for B.Tech students who are needy they are :

1) Students Aid Scholarship : The criteria for this scholarship is that the student should have a score of at least 7.00 grade and family income of less than one Lacs per annum

2) Vivekanand Jyoti Scholarship :One meritorious student from each department is given this scholarship. An Amount of Rupees Twenty five thousand each is given every year. The criteria is a grade point of at least 7.00 and family Income of less than one Lacs per annum.

3) Sahayog Scholarship:This is a scholarship by the students for the students. Any fund collected by students is used to fund one or more students.

The refund of fees on or before the cut-off date of admission declared by the student is paid by the Authority after deducting the applicable processing charges or refund rule of the college and it shall be as per the guidelines of the appropriate authorities or the State Government. but the hostel fees and mess fees are not refundable only the deposit of rs 5000 is refundable.
