Eligibility Criteria for St. John's Medical College for B.Sc in Cardiac Perfusion Technology is given below: A candidate should have passed the 2-year Pre-University examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent, by RGUHS and Score not less than 40% of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The college is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. St John’s Medical College accept NEET-UG for MBBS and KCET for BSc Nursing. However, for some of the courses, like BPT, MSc, candidates have to take the entrance exam conducted by the college.
