Unbiased review of Terna Engineering College, Navi Mumbai.
Placements: Very good placements here in this college. All big companies like Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. recruit students from here. Internships are also provided on time in core and IT sectors. The average package for the IT branch is 6-7 lakhs per annum, while core can be settled for 4-5 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not up to the mark. The college lacks a big campus, the same as most colleges in Mumbai. The campus is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Labs and classrooms are well-managed and fully technologized. The canteen is also good here, and the outside street food is too good that you must try.
Faculty: Exams are controlled by Mumbai University. Teachers are highly qualified. They provide deep knowledge of the syllabus with both practical and theoretical knowledge. The course curriculum is very relevant; it aligns with modern IT teaching syllabi. Semester exams are easy if you study well.
Other: The IT sector is on the rise these days, so this course enables you to join the tech revolution. Also, IT is one of the highest-paying jobs in India and outside. Now, coming to the entertainment point of view, events, and fests are the most important part of every college. They are celebrated well here as well. The events are huge.

How I see- Terna Engineering College.
Placements: Around 60%-80% of students from our department are placed. The highest salary package offered is around 20 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Students are placed in top companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, and Mahindra & Mahindra. The exact number of students who secure internships is unknown.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-designed along with digital technology. Wi-Fi is available across the campus. Library is open for twelve hours, from 8 am to 8 pm and most of the books are available for research and academics.
Faculty: Around 90% of the teachers are supportive and helpful. Most of them are good at teaching and go beyond the syllabus to teach. There are a few teachers who do not teach well. Students can become industry-ready from the course. We should strictly follow the course to improve our skills, rather than just aiming to pass the exams. Exams are neither too hard nor too easy. We can easily score above 40% of the total marks.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest in technology. College is known for this course in this field. College organizes many events like technical, non-technical, and sports events. Maharashtra Government scholarships are available for students.

Satisfied and I think it's worth my money .
Placements: Our college is the best one in Navi Mumbai for teaching and placement. Each year 78 percent of students get placed in well known companies like Capgemini, TCS, L&T, and Jio and there are many more opportunities for the students. Many students are in Indian society of technical education .
Infrastructure: Campus is so good. The campus has a garden and a large seminar hall in which the college conducts seminars for the bright future of the students. And every student attends the seminar or webinar that is held in the college for the students in a great way.
Faculty: We used to practise the lesson on seriousness that our teachers had taught us. Exams are conducted in a serious manner, students do not attempt to copy, and as a result, their futures are undoubtedly bright and the papers are checked thoroughly.
Other: College is the best I got and every staff members are also good with students .

Overall, the college is good.
Placements: More than 50% of the students from our course get placed every year. Students get placed as per their skills with the salary package ranges from 1.5-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like LTI, Infosys, Capgemini, Reliance Jio, etc., visit our college for placements. Some students get placed through TCS Codevita.
Infrastructure: The campus is pretty good and well-maintained. Classrooms and laboratories are good. The library of the college is the most beautiful place with over 1,000 of books available for students. The hostel facility is quite good. Food served in the mess and canteen is not good.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is the best. Teachers always push students to participate in many competitions at the university level to develop their confidence level. The course curriculum is relevant.

Placements: Our college place students according to their grades and performance in projects of both college and external with the guidance of teachers and expert mentors of the particular field of the project. Our college helps us in building a great resume. It also helps in enhancing real-time exposure.
Infrastructure: Terna Engineering College has a great campus with 2 canteens one in the college and another in the hostel. It saves a lot of money instead of spending it on expensive food courts or restaurants. Our college has a small pond, a lawn and a turf for multipurpose use. Our college also has Apple lab.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are great, but they stick to the course. They help us to score more. They also have great knowledge about the topics. They help us in our personal projects and industrial projects also. They provide an equal amount of weightage on both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Other: Events and fests are organised by students council with full enthusiasm. Our college has a great multipurpose ground. It has a great hall with great functionality.
