Review of TIST - Toc H Institute of Science & Technology.
Placements: In our college, students from civil engineering get lower chances in college placements compared to other courses like computer science, electronics and communications, etc. The majority of students get placed in different fields in IT or developing fields. Our college gives very good practical lessons. Many internships are introduced too.
Infrastructure: The college is eco-friendly and has a great ambiance. It consists of five blocks, including two hostels for girls and boys within the campus. Libraries and stalls are situated in each block so books and other important instruments can be brought from there. All buildings are very well built. Almost all classrooms are large enough. The same goes for the hostel. There is a good and large ground available on campus.
Faculty: Our faculty members are well-qualified for their jobs. Students can approach them without any tension. There are many faculty members for teaching and managing the workshops and labs. They are well experienced in their specific fields. The coordination between students and teachers is good.
Other: I am interested in construction building something new and creative is the reason for choosing this field. In civil engineering, we can think and work more creatively compared to the other courses available. There is no lack of events, tech fests, etc. All such programs are conducted well.

I am satisfied with the teaching and good infrastructure.
Placements: Most of the students in our college got placed. The college provides really good placement opportunities. Last year, companies such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and many other well-known companies visited our college for placements. Placements were good for our seniors as well.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. Classrooms have a very calm and peaceful environment for students. There are the main library and separate departmental libraries with a vast collection of books required by the students for reference.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and qualified. They put their every effort in teaching the students. Teachers do help the students who are quite weak in studies, by conducting additional classes for them. The faculty-student relationship is good.

Good faculty and placement training.
Placements: More than 150 students got placed last year. Companies like TCS, Infosys, IBM, Byju's Learning App, etc., visited our campus to offer placements. The roles offered include Jr engineer, trainee, business analyst, etc. Infosys offered a package of 3.6 lacs per annum this year. Placement training is provided frequently.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are available for every department. A healthcare centre with a doctor is available. Badminton and football courts are available. An indoor stadium and open ground are available. The canteen provides only meals in the noon time. Hostel rooms are good but not impressive. Classrooms are spacious. Only a few classrooms have projector facilities.
Faculty: Teachers have a minimum qualification of M.Tech, and a few of them are PhD holders. They are helpful and dedicated towards their work. Notes are perfectly given. Only a few of the faculty have industrial experience. Powerpoint presentations are used for teaching and are also shared with students.
Other: Events are conducted but are relatively less. Arts day, sports day and tech fest of every department are conducted. Scholarships are provided to 1 student per batch. NSS and YI activities are good but not impressive.

Overall, it's a great college and I am happy to have studied there.
Placements: Students get placed during their 4th year. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, TCS, H&R block, Wipro, Navodaya institute of Educational research And much more. Almost 80-85% of the students get placed. My plan is to either go for the Masters or to get placed in a company.
Infrastructure: Separate safe and secure in-campus hostels are provided for boys and girls with capacity to accommodate 700 inmates with well-furnished, comfortable rooms in a pleasant and hygienic environment. There are separate buildings meant both for the graduate and post-graduate students as well. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are cooked and served separately as per requirement. Common facilities like mess, study rooms, TV, recreation, internet (Wi-Fi) etc. are arranged and run in the best possible way, to provide a good and amicable atmosphere for the constructive mental development of the students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. Most of them are well qualified and knowledgeable. They give notes and lectures. The teaching quality is fantastic. The course curriculum is very relevant. Automation and robotics are the next generation, so students are made industry-ready. Semester exams are not so hard in the first semester. The pass percentage is about 89%. But the third-semester exams are hard because of the online classes.
Other: All are well qualified faculty members. They help all students to overcome their problems. Faculty student relationship is also good. All faculty members are always available for any queries. They all are well certified professors.

The college is good, good facilities, satisfied with the faculty and teaching methodology.
Placements: Our students are getting good placements from various companies. Many of our senior students are placed in Infosys and other companies. More than 150 students were placed last year. Companies like TCS, IBM, BYJUs Learning, etc. visited our college for the placements. Placement training is provided frequently.
Infrastructure: Campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are provided for every department. Badminton, football and basketball courts are available. An indoor stadium and an open ground is available. A health care centre with a doctor is available. Classrooms are spacious. Hostel rooms are good and neat. Our college has a library with lots of references.
Faculty: All of our teachers are having a minimum qualification of M tech and some of our teachers are Ph.D. holders. They are very helpful. Each of them are teaching in their own style. The faculty members of civil engineering department are very supportive. The faculty members are friendly with the students.
Other: Every year, the college is conducting arts day, sports day and college day. Every department conducts tech fest. One of the main fest is ADVAY.
