It is good for college life. The infrastructure was not much great.
Placements: Less than 10% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. There were no top companies for placements. Around 50% to 70% of students got internships in local construction companies in Mysore.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available on our campus. Labs were very useful for civil engineering, and lab attendees and staff members were really good at teaching. Classrooms were good, and the library facility was really good. Many books were available for students to study. The hostel was not situated on the campus, and we had to travel 3 km from the hostel to college. Our college timings were strictly followed, and about 75% attendance was compulsory to attend final exams.
Faculty: Faculty members here were very helpful. They taught us well, and they had good knowledge regarding subjects. Students were able to get ready for the industry after completing the course. Semester exams were quite tough. About 40% was the pass percentage. Students have to make an effort on their own to be ready for industry.
Other: There was a demand for this course at the time I joined. So I chose it. Everything was good regarding the course. Every event was celebrated in our college. Yearly a fest was also conducted, and that was quite good.

Our college provides good quality education and facilities.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in college. Internships are offered in top construction companies of Mysore. Almost 100% of the students got internship offers in our course.
Infrastructure: All the branches in our college are like family members. We have good bonding and compatibility with students. We have hi-tech classrooms and library. The food served in the hostel is of average quality but the food served in the canteen is good. Sports and games activities are held. Good hygiene is maintained on campus. Medical facilities provided are very good Activities in the sports and creativity field are organised.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly qualified senior faculty members. The teaching quality is excellent. Students are theoretically ready for the industry but practically they need to learn more. Standard education helped us in practice. The course curriculum is very much relevant to theoretical and practical teachings. Hi-tech classrooms help us to learn things very easily, efficiently, and effectively. Good notes are provided by teachers.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in this field. The best thing about this course is the curriculum which is very much relevant theoretically and practically. But still, they need to provide more practical knowledge in this field during the course. Every year, events and fests are done with college and individual departments too. Hi-tech celebrations are held on. Every eligible student is qualified for scholarships without any fail.

The college is highly satisfying.
Placements: The civil branch has a minimum number of placements irrespective of the college. But in our college, the highest package offered to the civil branch is 3 LPA. The placement cell takes care of building all the necessary and communication skills in students for placements.
Infrastructure: The campus has all the required facilities. Labs are available. Every classroom has a projector and good ventilation. The college has 2 auditoriums. There are separate fields for different games. Our college has a hygienic canteen providing delicious food. A huge library is available.
Faculty: Our faculty members are friendly with students. They are more like family than faculty. They are very supportive of students in any aspect. All the professors are highly experienced and have good teaching skills. They teach us not only to score marks, but they also teach us lessons for life.
Other: A 2-day college fest is conducted. Our college provides bus facilities as well.

The infrastructure and faculty are good, but there are no placements and practical exposure.
Placements: Placements in the college are good for IT and CS branches, but not for civil and mechanical. Only Infosys and Wipro take part in the placement drives, and very few students get selected. The average salary package offered is 2-2.50 LPA. The college conducts training programs for placements, but they don't guarantee jobs. Many of our seniors are unemployed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good with well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, and seminar halls. The college is surrounded by thick bushes like a forest where I heard bad things take place, so it's better to avoid that area. Rest of the campus is very good to study. The college has a well-equipped library with both technical and non-technical books.
Faculty: Our college has experienced lecturers, and they are very effective in delivering knowledge related to the course. But the course which is set up by VTU is outdated, and it does not meet the expectations of the present market. Some new professors don't teach well. The HODs are very strict.
Other: We have a fantastic annual fest to which Shirley Setia was invited recently. The college provides limited merit-based scholarships to economically weak students.

Other: My College is excellent in terms of campus and environment. Apart from good campus there is nothing as such to notice. Teaching is poor apart from one or two good lecturers. About my mechanical branch, its royal in terms of everything except studies .
